Shahid Masood has a long way to go as an interviewer. He needs to distinguish between people like Shaikh Rasheed and Fakhruddin sahib.

People tolerate Shahid Masood’s interruptions and somewhat arrogant attitude while interviewing Sh. Rashid. But with people like Fakhruiddin sahib he needs to stay quite and let them talk.

Kamran Khan interviews statesman and honorable people far better.

I loved is expression towards the end, when he was asked to comment on the BB & Mush deal. His facial expression was great when he was saying, “Indirect interaction” and that he couldn’t understand what the Government Spokeman meant by this.

I think Dr. Shahid is the best person he always stood by the truth. I wonder how can someone compare him with Kamran khan. Kamran khan questions are always pro-establisment. Have you forgotten his interview with Musharaf he was not even ready to ask a single difficult question…

I am amazed they way you analyzed Dr.Shahid Massood.There is no way you can compare him to a dumb Kamran Khan.Kindly watch his interview on youtube when GEO office was attacked.Then you will realize how he speaks if something is not pre-plan.On the otherhand,the way Dr.shahid analyze the situation and compare it with previous and currant affairs is just amazing.He does preparation but he has the ability to talk with out even preparation.His interaction with guests, his confidence is clealry indication his intelligent mind.To me, he is the best among all!!

I agree that Dr Dr. Shahid Masood is getting grumpy with age, but not his fault it just happened with age, but for his age he is still quite hot, find him almost irresistible

Qamar, what the hell you are talking about? He was polite enough; that’s the reason he was politely negating Dr. Shahid. It does not mean he was not referring any law. Seems to me that you did not listen to him.

Now about your other views. WHY YOU GUYS ALWAYS SUPPORT this DAMN PK ARMY which always tries make people of pakistan slaves? any one who tells something You just disgrace him and keep repeating your slogan “PK ARMY zindabad”. I think this is the part of his job to be blunt with his guests but I must say that one has to be respectful to respectful people .. everyone who comes as guest specially politicians, says “this should happen, that should happen” but HOW?? no one talks about it and no one wants to talk about it because they are the one who polluted this system. At least SM tries to get something out of these politicians and bureaucrats to show public how big liars they in acutal are. What do you think about the interviewer, who interviewed Altaf Hussain (interview can be seen on this site as well)??? It was like all scripted and nothing asked above and beyond… and at one point I was thinking that questions were given to him by Peer sahib … Do you think he should be asked those questions? and agreed upon the answers given … its a shamreful display of interview.. i think it was MQM’s advertisement… Anyways, Shahid Masood sahib is doing great job, I pray to Allah that he will continue to bring up veiled larceny issues which will open our eyes or at least give some hard time to those hypocrite politicians. May Allah give us ‘hidayat’ to understand what’s right for us and what’s wrong. May Allah also give courage and increase SM fearlessness so he can serve the nation better.

@ Saqi - I think u need to give my text another read as I didn’t promote Army or Gen.

All I said was that as a nation we’re out of fry pan and into the fire even if Gen. ’s eliminated from current Govt structure.

My focus was on UNITY, not as Pakistanis only but as Muslims as well. As a nuclear muslim country we’ve power and weight in bringing others together which this Govt now has started to some extent with increase in trade and ties with Iran-Pakistan-India gas pipeline, cut in custom duty between Iran, Pakistan and Turkey, Aviation with China and Russia. Our survival lies beneath multi-lateral business and financial ties with other big guns which can only be done if we’ve peace at home.

Anyways thanks for the criticisms! I am not pro-Musharraf but I truly believe he’s not doing worse considering the current geo-political arena if u don’t count last 6-months which were difficult as a nation.

Mr. Qamar, you are supporting Musharaf by using false and baseless arguments. Do you admire musharaf (for me and millions of people of Pkaistan he is not president or general)

i) He took U turn for kashmir
ii) He takes dictation direclty from Foreign minister of America. Famous U turn about Taliban and recent one for Emergency
iii) He burnt Balochistan
