Quaid-e-Azam Mohammaed Ali Jinnah was indeed a blessing of God for the Muslims of the Subcontinent. Therefore, saying rehmatullilah for him is appropriate as a measure of our grateful devotion to him.
Why is she saying “Quid-e-Azam Rahmatullah elleh”?

Rahmatullah elleh means; May the “Rehmat” (Blessings) of Allah upon him/her.
So there is nothing wrong in saying Quaid-e-Azam Rahmatullah elleh.
