Why do you seem so biased?

It is a shame for Kaka Sypahi that he is trying to insult people of Pakistan but this will go back to his own face. Pak Army is watching destruction of the institution by their own hands which is a big question. The main reason is that top officers are also involved in looting Pakistan resources and they have become billionaire why they want to lose more opportunities of collecting wealth.

Musharaf is not only loosing his battle for presidency but also loosing his sense of direction. I don’t know why he thinks that as long as he is in power, Pakistan will survive, otherwise Pakistan will collapse. Pakistan suffered more during his regime than any other corrupt democratic government including BiBi and Mian Sahib’s government

We should stand against these culprits’ leaders than anything else. Only good leadership can solve problems in Pakistan, once we will have loyal leaders, we don’t have to look for help towards other countries.

You should watch PTV, that kisses musharaf’s filthy ass all the time. Real pakistani’s are not in favour of dictatorship or a puppet parliament. True, very true. I fully agree that all this anti-government movement by our media will only serve the purpose of our past leaders. BB purchased the Surrey Palace and got kicked out by NS. NS made sugar mills in India but also foolishly gave a let go for kargil. Now if this was not utter ghaddari then I dont know what will be! He simply tried and failed to stop Musharraf.

PS: NS released Musharraf off his duties when Mush was in Sri Lanka. What kind of an elected politician does that? Indeed, all this is only possible in Pakistan! What a mockery.

i really don’t think that any mush supporter would want to bring up Kargil after what he did to our brave soldiers there by leaving them to be killed and tried to put the blame on the prime minister when he was not even informed about the whole thingk. As far as removing COAS while he was in Srilanka, so get your facts straight please, he was removed by a due legal authority vested per the constitution of Pakistan to an elected Prime Minister after he had left Srilanka, he was in the air but what difference does that make after the actions of Mush the weeks before that (removal of Corps commander Quetta) and other political manuvers that was the only option left,the tragedy was that NS did not select a corps commander to replace him and instead went for chief of ISI who did not have any sway with the rest of the corps commander, even if he had picked Gen. Aziz the history would have beend different, but i guess that is another discussion for another time, right now the only thing our nation needs is true democracy without an illegal uniformed president or a gov. servant who did not retire during the last 2 years per the constitution.

What you guys fail to realise that Pakistan will no magically turn into a true democracy as soon as mush leaves. there was never any democracy before, the polls were rigged, the politicians tried to get the ISI and the military to side with them agaisnt opposition, to sack each others parties.

Part of Women Protection Bill was silently cancelled by President’s order one night recently. This was done because Women could not be put in jail for more than few hours and could not be held without charge.

Since Musharraf was having problems in keeping Lal-Masjid women in jail, he silently canceled the most significant part of Women’s Protection Bill.

you failed to counter my points by any logical arguments, and, as i pointed out, you fail to see how musharraf going will not magically change everything and make pakistan a perfect democracy

and the economy, go read some decent reports. ADB, world bank, economist…not nawai-waqt. whoever denies this is either too stupid to understand economics, or is a politician fooling other stupid people by making statements like “oh it happened because of 9/11 or foreign aid and not govt. policies” etc

and, the govt. freed the media. they gave licenses to TV operators without which they COULD NOT operate. satellites and the technology have existed far before musharraf came. india had media before us, most countries had private media from the 80s. if the govt. bans it, or doesnt give licencess, they cant operate. and this is the first govt. to give them licenses. and youtube isnt the same as geo news. 160 million pakistanis dont watch youtube. and even that the govt. can ban. infact, many countries censor the internet. and in iran, there are private media channels, but they cant be critical of the govt. ie. NOT FREE. there is censorship. just 2 weeks ago, a TV station which was critical of the govts. policies was shut down in iran.

and dont criticise the politicians? do you not know that the civilian govts. always used to try to get the army and the ISI to bring down other opposition parties. like the PPP and PML-N. they always tried to get them to step in. and wat about locking up the opposition and starting fake cases agaisnt them when they came into power? and what about the 13th and 14th ammendment issued by nawaz govt.? have you forgotten the 90s? and most elections in pakistans flawed democracy have been rigged. go do some studying.

and women have the right and freedom to wear shorts if they want, just like they have the right and the freedom to wear hijab, just like media has the right to say whatever. you believe in democracy but you don’t seem to understand the right of people, women, minorities to choose?

And through out our history after quaid we were governed either by Army or by army born politician. Army dont have ny role to play in politics. We never have a true democratic govt apart from few years. Army and Mullah are the two forces getting most benefites.They both are hypocrates.Mullah’s are givign futwa’s against American and Musharraf but in parliment they are the one who giving their full support and provide him a chance to keep both offices.
