People are not fools, rather they are helpless. They fully understand that no one is sincere
(a) PPP making deals for personal gains and attempting to project it as if it is a deal for the entire nation’s benefit. We know that it is just to get rid of the cases on BB.
(b) MQM trying to “Bahteee Ganga Main Hath Dohlain” by adding a condition to the BB’s deal that the amnesty should also include political “murderers” ..oppps sorry workders.
(c) PML(N) trying to cash in on the environment created by CJ’s reinstatement and in the process do not feel ashamed of revoking their words to the Saudi Govt. They are all out to accept LOTAS from PML(Q), so much for the principles.
(d) Musharraf literally selling Pakistan to ex-criminals thorugh the deal.
(e) Fazl waiting cautiously for the deal to fail so that he get’s his turn in the on-going musical chair.
Bottom line is that thanks to the Internet / Media / Newspapers, we are all fully aware (and not fooled) of what is going on, but at the same time we are equally helpless. The pity is the choices would again be worst or bad (BB or NS) and no change in face (as LOTAS are being traded) or system would occur.
