I hate to see his Qasoori guy. Agree that he represnts Mush in SC. But this man’s history and recent behaviour in media makes me sick to see him again and again.
Mr. Abbasi is absolutely wrong in saying that MMA is a democratic party. Jamaat supported Gen. Yahya in 1971 to crush Awami league the most popular democratic force. The sabotaged 1973 constitution and supported Tyrant Zia for 11 years. They formed IJI with support from ISI and money from Mehran Bank to dislodge Benazir. They organized Tehrek-e-Nijat against Nawaz Shareif and invited Army coup. They supported Mush coup and later gave indemnity to his high treason. They remained part of Mush setup and loyal opposition for 5 years. Now again they are helping Mush in his election secretly.
As Omar sharif would put it “abay too hey kyoon”, I too ask PJ why be an anchor of a political show, why dont do something else, something better for a change . What really surprises me is why ARY is putting on with this guy.PJ as they say,if you have nothing to say, say nothing.
mr kassori was saying right in words but precticaley he is doinging rong when such kind of peopel come in politics then they protact to dirty dactaters and wasch his face with good remarks but dear kassori peopel now games of ramaschpori eney way you have tow face police one face for your big boss and other face for black cloor.one day you have to appalogies for your remarks aganst nobel peopel of pakistan …….
PJ Mirs program was very good. I agree with Kasoori that 25 good, honest, sincere, intelligent people are inducted in the helm of the government and given the opportunity to perform, they will be able take the country from one success to another and the country will prosper. I fully agree with this.
The columnist in the group said that through democracy we can get such people. I do not agree with this. A candidate should have plenty of money and organization to succeed in the elections. Once he succeeds in the elections, he has to recover his investment and make much for his future and for future elections. The kind of elections in the past 60 years of the country brought into Govt. very corrupt people and the election mechanics as it stands gives no chance for a common honest intelligent man with honest means to win any election. Also there are unwritten rules among these politician brotherhood. They will take no action against one other for corruption as they do not want to expose themselves. They have ussually got exposed when the military govts. went after them. The democratic system we have is a sham “CHORON KI BARAT” and only Dakus with Plenty of money can compete. That is why people/ masses do not oppose the military coups. Democracies are seen as much worse than army rule. Even in a military rule mostly civilian politicians rule but with a DANDA over their head.
The democratic norms must change. The position of a ruler whether in Govt. or opposition is a privilage not a right. The following must be implemented
- A politician even with a reputation of corruption ( though not yet proved) should be dis qualified to contest the election. BB and Mr. 10% should be disqualified and many in her party. Let us try new people.
We have to develop a new system. I have heard that in the British Parliament the MPs depend mostly on their salaries and if they lose their seat they are in financial trouble. I have no personal knowledge of this. The American system generally has rich people in congress or have rich organizations to back them. I do not think much of the American Democracy which is generally run from behind by the corporations.
Pakistan requires that democracy with 25 clean men but how do we get them into the government.
I look forward to discussion next time with PJ Mir dwelling on this. I hope he will do it.

PJ MIR might have heard the news that BB has made a statement that she will allow IEAE access to Qadeer Khan. This topic must be discussed. Who is she working for, Let the nation know. She is trying to say UN is different from the US. In theory this may be true but in practice UN is a department of the US Govt. like the IMF and other UN bodies.
Well it’s true that in UK politicians are not very rich and they are normal people. Not like Pakistan where politics are not for normal but only for the rich people. Who just want to rule Pakistan?
To be honest Pakistan never had a democratic system. Democracy is not for Pakistan, in Pakistan we have dictators; in shape of Nawaz, BB, and every body else.
All these party leaders were never elected by the party member but they have imposed themselves as Party Leader for life. This is democracy. If this is democracy then we are better of with the real dictatorship.
Unless there is a big change in the political system of Pakistan I can’t see a true leader coming up. All these people who are in the Gov. or in opposition are ruling us for 10 or 15 years.
Do you really think that these politicians really care about people of Pakistan? They only care whether they will be in power or not. Just look at what all the parties are trying to do. MMA who are still in power but not happy, may be they want more, BB wants to be PM, NAWAZ he remembered Pakistan after 7 years, where was he before.
Everybody is same, hunger for the power and for that PM chair.

PJ want to trap Qasuri by asking if govt. can act against someone for false accusation. Qasuri cleverly change his answer.
