September 27th, 2007 at 9:12 am
I really hope maulana doesnt show his diesel part and turly does make it impossible for mushy to get elected.
September 27th, 2007 at 9:20 am
It is good if Supreme Court does not invoke the horrors of Justice Munir.
It is bad if at the end of the day people have to live under a conspired tyranny of (BB+Musharaf+Altaf+Shjahat and some Traitor Judges)
I hope that Pakistan remains safe for Pakistanis.
Let us hope that Imran+MMA+Nawaz++Victimized Pashtoons and Baluchis win tomorrow.
PAKISTAN FOR PATRIOTS AND PRISONS FOR TYRANT LIBERAL TERRORISTS
September 27th, 2007 at 9:22 am
Well this is a surprise as today in the Dawn Fazlu was reported to have opposed dissolving NWFP assembly. I hope he does not do any somersault at the last moment. If Fazlu sticks with APDM, I am willing to forgive his past conduct (if my forgiveness amounts to anything i.e. :)! )
September 27th, 2007 at 9:24 am
It is a great decision by APDM to stop the unconstitutional election of a dectator.
September 27th, 2007 at 9:27 am
salam all of the use please not use bad worlds against the Fazal-ur-rhaman i know his chracter is not appricaiteable but he still ALIM

September 27th, 2007 at 10:09 am
Finally a good decision. The opposition APDM is showing that it is mature and now will seriously challenge the Dictator and his LOTAS.
They are now showing unity. If the Maulana backtracks now, he will lose all credibility.
Now BB and her so called democratic party is now clearly with the dictator.
September 27th, 2007 at 10:34 am
apdm s decession to desolve the n w f p assembly is realy appericated now dictatior will never impose on pakistan we the lawayer and politicon stop the way of dictitor
September 27th, 2007 at 10:42 am
Please note this. Fazal will sabutage all this resignation game. Fazl will never resign but will aid Musharraf in the election.
September 27th, 2007 at 10:48 am
I think either way it would be good for everybody who supported Fazl in the last few years. either he would acquire some credibility or he would lose all of it. I wish and pray in Ramadhan, in the ashra of maghfirat, that he he regains that.
September 27th, 2007 at 11:11 am
I agree with Pakhtoon. I dont see Maulana helping the restoration of democracy unless he himself is guaranteed a seat of power. Let’s see how this unfolds.
September 27th, 2007 at 11:24 am
I still dont see any videos.. maybe maulana went back on his words,
i also couldnt find such news elsewhere.
can u please post ur source ADMIN! so that we can read in detail, exactly who gave this statement.
thnx

Oct 2 is too far. Fazloo Diesal has done his job. He has given Mush a cushion to lodge no-confidence motion in NWFP in 5 days period. This will tie Chief Minister’s hands to dissolve assembly. Fazloo should have resigned from Balochistan Govt. Probably they will stay there for ever. What a bunch of juglers and hypocrites.
September 27th, 2007 at 12:03 pm
i am very happy to see this good news. mulana make a good decision and he is big ALAM and no body have the right to say bad words
if Q leduge make no confidence motion that will not matter
September 27th, 2007 at 12:08 pm
APDM was thinking to be smarter but cunning musharraf govt is even smarter. They are planning to move no-confidence against CM NWFP, so that he would not be able to exercise his right to dissolve the assembly.
September 27th, 2007 at 12:34 pm
Indeed it is going to be a great blow to General mushraf’s aspiration to be hanging on as president for third time.Civilian governments havent complete their consitutional periond of 5 years but on the contrary Junta rule has always been lengthy, barbarious and looting. The situation in Baluchistan, wazirstan is worst.Sense of deprivation in smaller provinces are increasing dangerously and to add u here, urban sindh is handed over to MQM and rural sindh is handed over to third grade feudals.Sindh is suffering hard.It is high time to dislodge anti people government and end once for all the treacherous and negative establishment force. It is indeed very difficult task but Truth has to win one day.Long live Peoples of Pakistan.
God bless us all and bestow us wid strength to get rid of anti people govt.
September 27th, 2007 at 12:46 pm
@MUHAMMAD ASIFJAN
How the no confidence motion doest not matter? The snippet is coming on AAJ tv that members have submitted no confidence motion. This maulana ‘Hub-e-iqtidar’ is infact B team of musharaf. Why his CM has not issued advice to dissolve assembly immediately and announced the decision to enable a no confidence motion to be forwarded? Obviously maulana does not want dissolution and in this way he has saved his image and assembly also!!!
Maulana diesel is the most cunning hypocrite of all politicians…he is even worse the benazir…NS should now distance himself from these hypocrites immediately…
September 27th, 2007 at 1:02 pm
Fazlo has to clean the ..hit that he had done by giving Mush a 3 years period . I think Fazlo will not slip this time because Bush will not recommend him as PM due to opposition in congress and Maulana will not agree except the PM chair.
Hopefully BB will follow because of no options.
September 27th, 2007 at 1:11 pm
Even a no confidence vote causes the assembly to dissolve and hold new elections. But atleast the members of the provincial assembly will resign and wont vote in this farce elections.
Their intention is clear. People should give credit to the opposition to finally standing up to the dictator.
September 27th, 2007 at 1:48 pm
It is time for Musharraf and all his cronies to be put on a donkey with blackened faces and paraded along Constitution Avenue. And, Ahmaq Raza Qasuri could be the bandmaster!
September 27th, 2007 at 4:14 pm
This is the time people like Justice (R) Waji-hudden come forward to save our beloved country Pakistan and liberate Pakistani people from military and mockery politician. We cannot change the system unless and untill we become part of that system and initiate changes in it.
It’s not the matter of win or loss for Justices (R) Waji-huddin and I appreciate his bold decision to come forward in this crucial time and I request my nation to support his noble cause.
September 27th, 2007 at 4:36 pm
amir muqam is intending to go ahead with no confidence move. he needs 30 percent of the assembly to file this ‘no confidence move’. Any body having the idea, how much is the pro-musharraf support in the assembly.
September 27th, 2007 at 4:43 pm
I was right. Mulla Diesal tried to besart. He could have dissolved assemby today and esg from Blochistan govt to. Mullas tried to make people fool again. No doubt MMA is Milatry Mulla Alliance. They repeated their history of hypocricy. Mullas never won in past any election. They know they cannot i future. Their dual role is well exposed anoter time.
September 27th, 2007 at 5:48 pm
Atlast. some nice words from the mouth of maulna.. i hope it worksout and mush goes to his home,USA
September 27th, 2007 at 5:49 pm
AGAIN JUST TO SAY THANK YOU TO SOMEONE WHO IS SPENDING THIME AND ENERGY TO KEEP US INFORMED ABOUT OUR BELOVED WATAN.
WE DONT HAVE SATELLITE AND THIS WEBSITE IS MY ONLY “TV” I WATCH.
HOPE FAZLU IS FINALLY ON TRACK WITH THE WISHES OF HIS PEOPLE. BUT YOU NEVER KNOW..HE CAN SURPRIZE YOU ANY TIME
AAMIR
September 27th, 2007 at 6:00 pm
An excellent decision of APDM, lets hope hashmi and imran keep maulana to his words, but i would agree this smells awful lot fishy, there is a big buffer time for the parliament to signal a no confidence motion there, but nonetheless the assemblies would be dissolved in either case. I hope all this pans out. lets pray BB gets on the bandwagon and helps the APDM’s cause.
September 27th, 2007 at 6:27 pm
any body knowing the seats distribution in NWFP, pro-MMA and pro-Musharraf…. pro-Musharraf needs 30 % seats to initiate no-confidence move. Thanks

I am from the Qasuri Family, I live overseas and was alerted to watch the The Great Debate on pkpolitics .com.
The last few days I have been in a state of shock. I want to take this opportunity to let all the subscribers of this site and my country men know that we were anguished and ashamed by the outburst of our Uncle. It is not a position we subscribe to as a family and I personally support the opposition and judiciary who I hold in the highest esteem being a grand child of a High Court Judge and the child of a Supreme Court Advocate, in their stand.
Once again my sincerest apologies, I couldn’t live with myself if I didn’t do this. I hope you all will find it your hearts to accept it and don’t tar (spray-pun intended) the rest of us with the same brush.
I have faith in the you , in each one of you, you CAN make a difference , we can make a difference! Use viral messaging to spread the message. Each one of us must do our bit. We can togather change the course of our nation . We must rise above ourselves and our petty and vested interests to bring reprieve to the man in the streets- the faceless Pakistani who is looking for someone to be his voice. We must exercise our right to vote judiciously and do all we can to stop this juggernaut.
It might be our only chance to restore our image in our own eyes but also in the eyes of the world , I am sure all Pakistanis living overseas ,will agree with me when I say that it has become impossible to proudly proclaim that “I am a Pakistan.”
September 27th, 2007 at 6:51 pm
The last word should read “Pakistani”.
Also I would like to thank The Managers and Administrators of this wonderful website - what a great service you are providing for our community. Allah bless you all . In the last few days I have become a huge fan . You are my connection with Home.
September 27th, 2007 at 7:32 pm
Haha@Qasuri’s pun. Good one, man.
Though neither your rant nor your sense of humor can give credibility to your first statement of you being related to Qasuri.
September 27th, 2007 at 8:10 pm
I hope Molvee Fuzla sticks with it know. This guy is the worst molvee pakistan has ever produced. He sold the good name of his father Molana Mufti Mahmood who was a great respected scholar, very cheap, again and again. Show him some permits of diesel and he is in your pocket. What a shameless a**hole… Am sure it is a peer pressure that has caused him to do this. Am still not convinced though. He may take a U-turn at the eleventh hour…..This guy is untrustworthy piece of crape….that is why I call him Molvee ‘Fuzla’…..Fuzla in Urdu means human waste (shit)…
September 27th, 2007 at 8:39 pm
Madiyaan,it should say Good one, lady.
As for your second statement , all I can say is “seek and you shall find” and with that I rest my case.
September 27th, 2007 at 9:36 pm
great newz, atlast decision come forward from Fazal Ur Rehman, its good to see nationalist leaders on the stage and we know they are not against Pak its just another miltery prapogenda about these nationalist that they are against Pak; they are against the system and this is the tym where we can save Pak and i know after this whole process Pak will rize with great strenght.
GO MUSHARAF GO(meanz kick him off) not north america style GO MUSHARAF GO(means suportin him :P)
September 27th, 2007 at 10:30 pm
@Tanweer
They are expecting 48 votes.
ref: http://www.bbc.co.uk/urdu/pakistan/story/2007/09/070927_nwfp_assembly.shtml
The total strength of NWFP is 124 as described in capital talk 26 sep. (time: 15min 18sec).
According to above scenario: it seems that they will get the vote of confidence. Hope they not!
Moreover, I am not sure whether APDM has considered the situation of no confidence in advance or not?
Time is too short and if APDM is unable to dissolve the NWFP assembly & put the resignations, then who will be responsible?
I think still APDM (specially Molana) will be responsible, because they had not already considered this situation and did not resigned much before time.
Also I do not know why they are taking too much time to put resigns (inspite of putting the resignations & dissolving assembly on 29 sep. they are doing it on 2nd oct. Why not on 29th or maximum 01 october???? why they are delaying it?)
They want to give some time to busharraf and his ppl so that they get the chance for no confidence or other alternative solutions !!!!
There looks a lot fishy …. I am not still convinced & will not be untill I see myself the resignations and assembly dissolution before 6 oct.
September 27th, 2007 at 11:02 pm
http://www.dawn.com/2007/09/28/top6.htm Please read that and understand that how Fazal has helped Govt. He is playing a game again. I think now after reading above that there is 0% chance of Assembly to be dissolved.
September 27th, 2007 at 11:07 pm
@aili
thanks for the info. although in aaj ‘kamran khan kay sath’, kamran khan was saying they will run a bit short of that. The way he said, i thought he has somewhat manipulated all the possibilities and recent affiliations of the members. As per the results of elections, there were total of 99 seats with following distribution:
PML(Q) 6
PPP(sherpao) 9
Independent 13
Total Opp 28
PPPP 8
MMA 49
PML(N) 5
ANP 8
PTI 1
This was the situation at the end of the election. i dunno about special seats women seats etc.
September 28th, 2007 at 12:24 am
Thanks Someone for sharing the article.
Isi baat ka khadsha tha. Time constraint was the crucial part.
Hang the moulana number of times vote will cast for Busharraf. He is “meethi churri”. I have never seen a hypocrite like him.
September 28th, 2007 at 2:14 am
The Chief Miniter NWFP can still outwit Musharraf who plans to place no confidence move against him - its very simple.
Chief Minister should take vote of confidence from Assembly tomorrow and once he has taken the vote of confidence then there cannot be another no confidence move against him for six months under constitution.
This should be done before a no confidence move is passed.
But I dont think that a no confidence move would be tabled becase that would mean sealing your political fate forever
So not to worry
September 28th, 2007 at 3:17 am
i think its the brave and really democratic step of APDM to show thier protest …
i hope it wud make any difference ……
anyway we the majority of pakistanis are against mush and BB deal for sure ..
APDM is represnting pakistan s vast majority offcourse …
September 28th, 2007 at 4:30 am
@Qasuri
dear bro, you don’t have to be ashamed for the deeds of a black sheep within your community. In my view Ahmad Raza Qasuri used those words and did those actions because he is a crooked, shameless and immoral member of the society, not because He is Qasuri. Anyways, you did the right thing to disown him (I understand that there is a trend to blame the whole community for an individual’s misconduct) but I think no patriotic pakistani owns him.
Cheers
September 28th, 2007 at 6:53 pm
Thanks Jack,
Even one person’s acknowledgement means a lot.
September 30th, 2007 at 10:13 am
yes i agree the APDM is the only hope against us imperalism now we must save pakistan first first not US made mash and BB ok dudes.
September 30th, 2007 at 10:49 am
GUYS as you said APDM is the last hope, then tell me where was APDM when mr ns arrived and get deported same day, and where was APDM when one dictator filed his nomination papers, where was APDM leadership when lawyers, journalist, and political workers were getting beat in front of the election commission office, i hope imran leave APDM because they are armies b team like qazi, fazlurehman,
