Musharraf GRADUATE DEGREE should be demanded by EC,As he demanded for every member of assembly,whereas it is no where in the world as condition to contest Assembly Election,even Mr.J.Salak(EX.MNA PPP)can be a member of parliament.In assembly every group of people can send their representative irrespective of any education(his graduate assembly is the failure most assembly). Musharraf is disqualified as he is only MATRICULATE, to enter the army and hold no other degree, he has to go university grant commision to regularise his army commission even.
This demand was used by him as an excuse to impede his opponent to contest the election.Today he has to face the same rule himself.No exemption.

If that is trur…shame on Musharaf…A person who is just a matriculate has been ruling pakistan and asking MNA’s and MPA’s to be Bachelor degree holder
No wonder his shallow personality reflects that he is not a well-educated man
