The people of Pakistan must realize this man, He is an angle in the current circumstances, we should all support him, by any means we can.
Today our Pakistan is in dangerous situation. Let us do what we can, to save our home land.

Kamran Khan does not deserve his senior position in the GEO network. He is superficial and gets excited easily. Kudos for justice Wajihuddin

The Justice sahib is right. The “crook” judges eating lunches with peerzada.

AG and peerzada knew about the verdict thats why they were present. In the CJ and NS case they were not present because they knew about the verdict.

The SC is not yet independent. No where in civilized world a military dictator is allowed to become president.

As per the Justice Wajih’s statement, we have lost a battle but we will win the war, Inshallah.

Dont give up friend, We must continue the struggle.

It is our fault as a nation. Why cant we promote people like Justice sahib as a leader of nation? It is the saddest day in the history of Pakistan. Even with so much information and everything, a dictator is able to do whatever he wants. Shame on us as a nation!!!

The respect of SC lies in the unbiased ? fair decisions, if SC give such kind of decisions like today, then we can not continue to respect our SC. Have you ever heard that a court is allowing a General to contest The Predential Elections. It is a shame full decision.

I am an Assistant Professor in a prestigious University in Lahore. Going through the comments of the different people on this forum,I am pleased that more than 90 Percent of the people have very good awareness of the Political system in Pakistan and for the rest 10 % I have decided to launch a program for Public Awareness, to tell the people How a country works, what are the roles of different organizations in a country? How Justice system effect the progress of a country. My country people need to be educated to decide what is right and what is wrong.

    Guys,

Listen to AA on bolta Pakistan. The legal community was expecting this decision thats why they brought Justice Wajih as a candidate.

What I have understood is that the SC has not give the dictator the freedom to contest election. The SC has shifted the burden to the EC. If the EC does not disqualify the dictator then the lawyers will launch the 2nd round of legal battle. The Dictator is also disqualified under article 243/244.

Justice Wajih will raise all these points tomorrow. So dont give up yet. Inshallah We will win.

We all know about article 63 and 41, I dont konw why this drama were being played, it was very clear by referring 17th amendment where it clearly mentioned that article 63 (disqualifying clause) does not apply on ruling president.

I can not understand why oppisition and laywers community did not challange 17 amendment.

    Its all drama.

but in any case, we must give respect to the verdict of supreme court.

The decision was expected. CJ formed the bench and included those judjes who were not impartial. Justice Doger, Justice Khokher, Justice Iqbal, Justice Butter all are well-known pro establishment judjes and people know about it. CJ including SC don’t want to make any ‘Punga’ with the Government. Let’s get back to the Supreme Court before 9 march.

Do not blame the Supreme Court. The law is quite clear on the uniform. Sadly the same lawmakers passed this law.
Even though I supprot Musharraf, he must go now. We need a leader; he is dividing the nation in two.
