Pakistan is on the verge of a collapse if this is the mindset of majority of people who are not educated enough to give a valued judgement. I mean most of the population are uneducated and that can be easily manipulated by our leaders.
Faeezas interview in Empress Market with the masses brought out some very important views
- 95 % of the masses are from this economic class
- 90% of this economic slab (income wise) live on agriculture land practically as slaves for the vaderas and jagirdars and do not know what a country is, what politics are, what democracy is and other BS.
- 5% of the masses among these who are exposed to city life say that inflation in food stuff prices is their main problem and they want a govt to take care of that.
- They have confidence in Musharraf but not in the Politicians. They say politicians are doing business investing money in elections and making several times that as investment returns. They do not do anything for the masses. The Politicians include BB and NS tollas
- They seem to prefer Musharaf after Ayub Khan and say if he wants to leave he can hand over the Govt to another General.
-When asked whom will you vote for. Their minds search for the leaders of the past and find none suitable. Then their minds search for new faces and none exist and say we do not want to vote for anybody forgetting that their votes will not be wasted but carefully collected and cast in their name by polical parties in their favour.
- But the BB and NS parties rely on the Captive votes among the 90% masses who are illiterate & ignorant who can be bribed, coerced and punished by torching their homes for votes for the democratic success.
Pakistan is a great Vadera Democracy. Paindabad. Our Supreme Court takes suo moto cognizance of democratic violations with one eye. The other eye is closed to the sham democracy/Voting in the Vadera Sector. They do not see anything in that area.
- The media projects the views of the politicians as public views which really do not concur with the views of masses.
It is a Hypocratical society with the self acclaimed leaders available for sale.

Glad to hear someone is on government’s side. This really invalidates the idea that people are not on Musharraf’s side (apart from the fact that at no time people sided with the opposition as they never came out). I wish we could go for Presidential system so that only one person is in charge rather than a bunch of idiots. i have been saying from ages that media is showing us wrong picture but facts are different. people still love peoples party nawz shirf and altaf they love musharrif too. our media is trying hard to show that no one in pakistan loves musharif but that is not right
Media is trying really hard to move the masses against MUSH. APDM should talk to media to come on the roads instead of asking the public of Pakistan. How many times opposition had asked public come on the roads against MUSH and failed.

First of all, Pakistani society is not “Hypocritical” as assumed by Nadia. It’s not different to other socities in the world. Wherever you go in the world, you would find people who are more concerned about the inflation, taxes, education and basic needs and Pakistani people are no different.
yes Supereme court does turn blind eye towards Feudals. Yes people are not interested in voting for anyone. But whose fault is it? Vaderas? NS? BB? Musharraf? No. People?. No. It’s system’s fault. There have never been institutions in Pakistan. People don’t look up to other people but to Institutions. There has been no tradition in Pakistan to make institutions stronger and I can’t see it in the near future.
Nations don’t get self respect by the leaders but Institutions. It’s not SP that makes you feel safer; it’s Police. It’s not General Musharraf that defend your country but Army. It’s not about individuals. It’s about collaboration among individuals.

if someone has seen… Faiza’s show at Lahore and now in Karachi …one can feel the huge difference of opinion among the people of both these cities …while watching this show ..it made me realize that people of karachi are some what confused..and whether present gov is good for them or not…every one is bothered about inflation but they dont know ..who can solve this problem…and whenever they were asked ..’to whom they will vote for’..they response was in the favour of mush…
it made me panic …that … if you are fed up of this gov then how can you vote for them..while in Lahore ..people expressed their feelings agianst the gov and clearly said that they will not vote for them again…so why not people of karachi are saying this……but its answer is also in this video ..that people of karachi are not stupid…they are supporting mush because MQM is standing with mushsaraf….so the puzzle is solved..that those poor people can not afford to express their feelings aginst the will of MQM..

The Views expressed by the Press Media and politicians as views of the masses, as if the masses com to them and tell them in their ears, is wrong. They are only working for the politicians who want to get back to weild power. Saying these are masses views is the biggest lie.
- Musharraf wants to cling to power with the help of his Uncle(SAM) whohad called the present war as Crusades(then withdrew the word Crusades).
- BB like a fox was watching the direction of the Wind and decided also to use her Uncle SAM. to have her corruption cases withdrawn and get back to power yet saving the wealth she grabbed.
- Uncle SAM led to feel that they can achieve a lot through the nephew and neice who are ready to spill their country’s blood instead of the white mans blood to kill their own kind.
Pakistan is moving towards a leadership imposed by others and that leadership is poised against Pakistan.
Then we have other Dozen opposition parties whose leaders have the ambitions to become Prime Minister with no sizable party to bank on.
