I am very much scared of Free and Fair Elections in Pakistan.
I would request not to ask and wish for Fair Elections.
Once we had Fair Elections in 1971 and Two Nation Theory was rejected and Bangla Desh was born.
Second time in 1977, PPP secured a real amjority winning 156 seats, but the results was not accepted and Pakistan eas pushed into a ‘Black Hole’ by Zia-ul-Haq.
For God sake don’t think about Fair and Free Elections, Please.

    Long Live Pakistan.

    Mr. Imran Malik,
Even Amir-al-Momineen Zia-ul-Haq, accepted in one of his speeches that Z.A. Bhuto’s PPP was the most favourite choice of the people. I was Polling Officer for Mr. Meeraj Khalid at village Bhogan along with 26 Teachers from Government College Lahore. in 1977. 20 of the Polling Officers belonged to Jamaat-i-Islami and they brought the winning results for Mr. Meeraj Khalid. You may varify, Still most of them are alive. But according to the Anti-Bhutto Media, his election was also declared as Rigged.
I Do Not accept the credibility of that propaganda declaring the 1977 Elections, as Rigged.
    Sorry.
There is no doubt that Z.A.Bhuto was the winner in 1977.
How and why he was removed and killed, it does need any explanation.

    With best wishes,
    Javed I. Sheikh

    javed sb ..

with all due respect the majority of people feel that election was rigged i was only 3 at that time so i would go by majority …

personally i think z a bhutto was the most popular leader in 70s and i admire him for bringing political awareness in pakistan.but his daughter is ruining any credibility and respect attributed to the name of za bhutto

    Dear Mr. Imran Malik,
Benazir is not under discussion at the moment. Her performance should not credit or discredit her father. She has her own personality.
Parents give birth but don’t own thier childern.
We leave that for Historians to judge.
Present History is past Politics and Present Politics is furture History.
I wish we learn from History before making any decision.
    With best wishes,
    Javed I. Sheikh
