- Nawaz Sharif comes back after winning Supreme Court petition. Contest elections and becomes Prime Minister. (very probable since all polls are indicating this)
- Musharraf looses case to contest elections as Army Chief and he remains as Army chief. (Also legally probable if Punjabi judges don’t show their Punjabiat this time)
- Justice Wajihuddin becomes President as second winner in presidential elections for next 5 years.
Now the question is, would Musharraf still salute Nawaz Sharif, who will become elected chief executive of the country?
Thank you admin for providing us this wonderful resource. Once again, your efforts are really appreciated as they help us gain perspective on what is going on in our country.
One request: Can you please also add Live with Talat on a regular basis? I understand that its on Aaj TV but it would be easier for many people schedule-wise if you also post that.
Musharraf doesn’t believe in leaving power and such people often leave a lot of tragedy behind. If we are lucky, tragedy will be only for Musharraf’s family and not for country.
you have spoken my words but… bro unfortunately we must accept this reality that its not gonna be possible.
This is like dream come true but you must understand that after 9/11, whoever has a sympthy with islam, he/she is on decline because US and West are promoting people who have characterstics of mir jafars, lootas and zameer faroosh. so forget about all this and get ready for the opposite outcome of this… i am sorry if i dioopointed you but thats reality on ground…
it stands to reason what has been reiterated over and over PPP under benazir has become a fascist party no different than MQM, allowing no dissent among its ranks. what a shame for the largest “mandate” holders of the people….
it was the headline news in this mornings USA TODAY: Govt.(US) confesses to “arm twisting” over Bhutto(benazir).
let me quote myself, “zulfikar bhutto must be turning in his grave right now”…… i guess it comes back to the old adage: you reap what you sow
benazir is the living result of the black misdeeds of zulfikar.
Mr. Kher is over projected figure.There is no doubt he was close to Bhutto and also popular amongst ppp worker at one time.I think he is confused, during this pro gramme he in one sentence says Bhutto’s grave rules and ppp gets power from it. in another sentence he says Nawaz was wise because he made a deal and ran away.If nawaz was wise then Bhutto was stupid who sacrificed his life. If Bhutto’s grave rules then Nawaz was never wise to ran away leaving his party and nation to Musharaf and company.
@kaka
I don’t think so because after losing all that he will be retired and I don’t think retired people have to salute anyone. I could be wrong.
And why would Punjabi judges show punjabiat for a sindhi Musharraf and not for a punjabi NS?

A Highly Interesting and Unlikely Scenario:
