The time for analysis is over. It is time for action now. The people and politicians will be found out as to what they will do and when they will do it.
Oh people of pakistan plz stand up.. I being in london proteste.. Pease people stand up against the dictator..I literally wept yesterday. I am extremely sad about the situation. Lets topple the dictator
I am amazed to see that people still support PPP and BB. I would rather like Musharaf to be president for next 100 years if next PM is BB or Ganja badmash.
@Faisal Rana, please call you loved ones in pak and push them to stand…
I called my younger brother and told him to go out to the streets and if u can even arrange 10 people to should against this dictator do it. And you have to do it every morning. Please every body do the same.
Well Imran 8 years have passed out of 100 years. By the rate Army soldiers are surrendering in Waziristan all of the Pakistan Army would surrender in another 92 years. Also Pakistan will be re-named Defence Housing Authority after alotting it to the Army officers. Also after 92 years sons of Pakistani Generals will be making it to the worlds 500 richest people.
I would happily go out and protest and get arrested.
Best Case Scenario would be that many other people would join in and Musharraf will leave in shame. Then What ? Benazir? Nawaz Sharif? Maulana ? Altaf Hussain ? NO organization is there which deserves what Musharraf is desperate not to let go.
This power game doesn’t involve you simple common foolish people. This game is amongst the industrialists and the vadairas and the murderers and the extorionists and the rapists and the sick and a few good but weak people here and there.
No other politician is sincere enough. He is the only person to protest as a leader of political party, rest are either outside the country or caught by police. At least imran khan is making some effort by hiding from the police and planning to get out.
Imran Khan is a legend. Had been a british he would have been knighted by the Queen long back. If he had been an Indian he was sure to have been nominated as a Presidential candidate. But he is in Pakistan,a nation which seldom recognises its heroes when they r alive. We are a Qalaash qoum…..Today legends like Mehdi Hasan,Edhi,AQ Khan, and Imran Khan are alive and we dont give a !@##$ about them. When they depart we shower them with praise, just like we talk about Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan…………as I have said we r a qalaash qoum………..
Have you people noticed that there is no more suicide attacks after the coup. Its sure now that it was backed by Mush and he wants now to prove that “see suicide attacks are stopped after emergency”…shame on Mush
I am extremely disappointed with Pakistani politicians reaction to martial law. Imran khan who i thought the only sincere leader is avoiding arrests for one or other excuse. What he is waiting for? BB is not even interested in present event. Her only objective seems to me is power by any means. altaf, who called himself champion of peoples rights is defending martial law. nawaz sharif is already paying off his deal in ksa. maulvis are staying away from this movement. I salute lawyers of pakistan especially aitzaz ahsan, Munir a malik, kurd and many others who are sacrificing there jan and mall (body and wealth (since they are top lawyers and could make millions in there peofession)for the sake of constitution. I am disappointed with student community also. i frankly think this nation is dead without lawyers, honourable judges and journalists.

Do you live in the UK(students/permanent residents/British Nationals)? In other words, a UK address is required.
Get your friends (White/black/yellow!!!) to sign it. Forward it to all the people you know in the UK.
Please sign Downing Street e-petition against emergency in Pakistan. More people sign it, more seriously government will consider it. Thanks

@Shiraz Zafar,
Imran is not a legend. People who have even slight bit of memory have observed his dealing in the cricket.
He is a good communicator, and for some he seems to be an option as opposed to the tried and tested NS , or BB.
The solution in present situation is civil disobedience, and that seems far from a possibility as no body is showing up.
