Ismail Zia - if Chaudhries have done good for Lahore - then here are some observations

1. Firstly they themselvels live in Lahore
2. They did it because Monis Elahi is standing for election from Lahroe
3. They did it to reduce impact of NS
4. They didnt do it out of their own pocket - on all the projects they spend money from goverment money but put commision for grant of all these tenders in their pocket. - If they have spend anything in Lahore then its not their ehsan - they have used taxpayers money.
5. Ch Pervez Elahi named Multan Insitutte of Cardiology after his name as if that was built by his own money.

Kuch to sharam karo ismael sahib - kabar mein tangein latki hoi hain aur Allah say nahi dartay aur jhoot boltay ho

Ismail Zia

by teh way even your lahore high court lota judges have issued contempt of court notice to your darling AG today because he swindled his client in one of the cases. What do you say about that?

One more thing which was even better. Today Shabaz Sharif annonced that he is not going to give ticket of PMLN to Pervez Malik (brother of AG) for Lahore. It is high time we dump the family of late Justice Akram once for all and chamchas like you.

Ismail Zia - thanks for your opinion. It is not the matter whether AG is personal lawyer of goverment or not. But the fact that HE CHOSE TO BECOME ONE - show his level of concience. Wasnt he the guy whose tapes were found where he was following orders to punish BB and Supreme Court was going to punish him and his case was in Supreme Judicial Council. So was that a professional thing to do as a judge.

Secondly his father was also a judge who to please Zia - wrongly convicted Bhutto of murder and got him hanged.

What CJ Iftikhar and others did was absolutely right - we dont go for apologies - for last sixty years these army goons and their minions like AG Qayum have been rap@ing Pakistan and you say that we should see good things.

Go out in market today and see people for yoruself. They are selling their valuables just to make their two ends meet - the price of roti is six ruppees - and you are praising here for Gwader port.

Shame on a person like you - you may be old but to be honest people like you are the ones who brought us to this stage.

You are a lawyer and you are protecting those who break the law. If Musharraf can break Constitution then how do you expect others to obey other laws. Then that means you are teaching 160 million Pakistanis to say goodbye to law.

It is just like asking doctor a sarkari doctor to do abortion - like you are justifying AG Qayum for his actions - after all there is a thing called consience.

I am very much ashmed to read your views and am amazed that at your age - you havent even grasped the basic of law -

Firstly, I applaud Mr. Ali Bokhari for his nobelity. I have participated in many blogs previously and more often than not someone gets offended over nothing and starts using the F word and all such insults. I commend you sir for showing a big heart and proving to me at least that you belong to an educated background. I sincerely hope I could say the same for Ms. Nighat Khan.
Mr. Ali you have indeed shown the way. You may not agree with my position but at least we can discuss it in a civilized manner. Your comment that knowledge can be used for evil, made me think why I was bothering to defend our AG (he isnt my uncle by the way). :) So I will leave Mr. Qayyum at that. I hav found him to be a sincere fellow. Maybe the majority wont agree. So be it. I respect your views.
I agree with Mr. Ali Bokhari that indeed huge strides were made during Ayub's regime but sadly enough nobody applauded him at that time. Believe me I was there. And here we are decades later saying he made good policies. All I wish is that if one does commit to doing something good and then delivers, please do appreciate it. Thats all I ask. You dont like Musharraf. Dont like him. Whther it be BB, NS or Chudris. I would be the first person to acknlowdge the hanky panky of the Chaudhries but in all honesty they have improved Lahore. Dont vote for them if you dont want to. But do call a spade a spade.
In the end, Ali Bokhari saab BRAVO!

To my knowledge I did not observed any big change. I think now The Daily Jang should explain by himself what big change they were expecting.

i dot want to defend NS but he had no choice to leave field open for LAFAFA mouth Shuja and bb to have 2/3 mojorty to pass 18th amendment.
there will be no 2/3 mojorty and election will be again there in June 2008.

if bb had cooprated with NS and had not participated in elections Maolana F never had dare to contest the election and joint movment of NS and BB mad MUS gone very fast. but she has her commitments with US. on the other hand reconcilation ordinance is still not law and after election MUSH will black mail her when this sham ordinance will expire.
BB n maolana F are b team for MUSH along with LAFAFA MOUTH SHUJA OF GUJRAT.

@Aziz
I have absolutely no problem with any urdu speaking. I myself is not urdu speaking but half of my relatives live in Karachi and Alhamdo lillah belong to urdu speaking community. It all started because you gave the comment that people are jelous and dislike Musharraf because of his ethnic background.
i dont think he speaks proper urdu language. He speaks a language of a typical arrogant Fauji. Always talk in a threatening tone and all the time his fist is in air ready to punch .(Hawa mein mukka lahrata Hey).
I gave a list of his achievements which you rejected as usual baseless accusdations.
Try to answer me the allegations and stop playing race card.

promise to shed uniform in 2004.
militarisation of all civil departments.
destroying all the institutions.
privatisation of steel mill.
Stock market crashes.
PIA destruction.
Destruction of Judiciary.
gagging of media.
Atrocities against civil right activists.
Imagine if Nawaz Sh had fired 40 generals in one go these military janta will probably would have hanged him. Do you know these superior court judges are eqivalent or senior than the rank of major general.
He declares everybody against him or even telling truth state enemy beit Tlat Hussain,Kashif Abbassi, Nusrat Javed,Mushtaq Minhas,Shahid Masud,Kamran Khan,Hamid Mir,Ansar Abbasi(all the media anti state).
Talk about facts.

Nothing personal by the way.

Simple!
PML(Q) will be replaced by PPP.
Some other general....may be not Kiani..... will take mush's position and the same episode we are enjoying since last 8 years will be replayed.

Is is so disappointing?
True democracy and clear democratic process will reflect the wishes of people and wishes of people are not acceptable by anyone..... neither inside nor outside.
