Just wanted to tell you that pkpolitics.com has hit 1 Million Visitors today and wanted to thanks everyone who kept visiting even when I stopped putting the videos after emergency.
I have been in touch with various participants on the site and working with them on launching few new ideas:
- We are launching online Video News, which will be covering stories that are normally not prominent on the main news channels, specially related to Judicial Crisis. The daily video will be built by news contributed by you guys. We are looking for female newscaster, who is technical enough to record and email the video clip via Internet.
- You might have noticed an Elections tab on the top of the page, which have have full coverage of updates from every single constituency. This section will be fully working within a week.
- We have built a huge database of Pakistanis around the world at Pakistan United. We can now effectively communicate with them to work on any constructive projects, like setting up fund for Judges and Lawyers in trouble in Pakistan.

@ admin: I would be happy to do the job. A major question though is that how will you make sure that the news supplied is accurate and honest. The last thing you want is to get sued.

one idea is to raise a discussion topic where ideas are asked about how making elections free and fare in cities and rural area. Later on you can add a topic like what kind of rigging tactics is used and how to tackle it.

We are not launching a proper news channel, but it is more sort of a video blog where we will exercise Freedom of Expression in a decent way.
Most of the news will be taken from existing news sources, but we will highlight the news that is not prominent on typical News channels.

I miss the good old times when I would finish one video, only to find another one being uploaded.
I think that lack of videos on this website is boring people and they are starting to write things that are not appropriate and now the focus is on blaming @dmin because they can’t blame Javed Malik, Kamran Khan etc..

I am not very sure, just my personal experience, because for another 2 refreshes it stayed the same. May be every site has this mode of counting. Can we check some other site for a reference?
