Shahbaz Sharif had confirmed that he had discussed political issues with Brig Niaz as he argued that when two Pakistanis met in the current situation, they talked politics. Now, it is obvious what President Musharraf may have discussed with his friend [Brig Niaz] during the bridge sessions.
I thought the meeting was just a “personal and had nothing to do with any rapprochement with Musharraf”. So at the very least Shahbaz has been lying outright and The News was correct earlier as well.
By the way reading the main story I came across this:
“To the surprise of many here, the former PM did not host a dinner in honour of his former boss at his multi-million pound residence in London”
Now the question is WHEN did Shauki acquire this Surrey Palace of his and where did he get those millions of pounds from? I haven’t seen a mention of it before even in his asset declarations….all I heard was he had a penthouse in manhatan.

After the assasination of Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Sahiba, all the possible arrangements prepared by the Pervez Musharraf to dismantle Pakistan Peoples Party before the general election failed. The vote bank of PPP and PML (N) improved after they both decided to go against Pro-Musharraf PML (Q).
Now, at this present condition Pervez Musharraf have left one possible political move to make it differences in-between Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif to give the impression to PML (N) supporters that party split into two leaders because of Chief Executive post like Prime Ministership of Pakistan.
Brig.(Retd.) Niaz must be a sensible retired army officer have respect in senior high ranked officers because of an educator in military. I hope at this condition he will not work as a broker for Pervez Musharraf when his health is not so good to read and hear some thing bad for himself in leading newspapers & television
I am waiting, to see Mr.Justice Iftikhar Ahmed Chaudhry with his entire team of honourable judges to serve this nation back on their respective posts with honour and dignity after the new elected government ……………. Pervez Musharraf, imported Ex-Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz, Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and his brothers will be facing the criminal charges for looting the country for many years and make billions of dollars missusing the powers and exercising the illegal acts and make losses to the government revenue.

Politics loses its meaning when public is politicized at the hands of its government.
I am not a PPP fan but I am not with Nawaz either as those born under dictatorship remains a dictator. Unless Nawaz goes through the spiritual transfusion. Esteblishment was never in favour of PPP but despite that BB came twice that prooves that her party had some roots, their leadership went through the tests of impresionment. All the other parties were born bred under the umberella of Army and on the soft cussion of esteblishment. Therefore Nawaz instead of serving in Jail preferred Saudia. Now this is the time that if Nawaz wants to shed these alligations off him he should proove that by not supporting dictatorship. These are the testing times for him and we do not have to wait for another elections, if he refuses the golden hand of Mush that will proove that times has changed Nawaz. First time I heard about this Qadiani business was from an Air Vice Martial (retired)). He firmly believes there has been a long-time conspiracy by Qadianis to take over power in Pakistan and claimed it was succeeding. Anyone else heard along these lines? Next time I see him, maybe next month, I’ll did deeper as to what does he base it on…
More on the subject here. According to this, both Shauki Aziz and Col Aslam Cheema are Qadianis well, as is the new head of CBR.
