For those, not familiar with Islamabad town plan. Islamabad is divided into square kilometers sectors with taxonomy such as E6, F7, G9, H10, I14 and so on. Sectors E and F are for elites. So, a corner plot in F-16 sector would be a prime real estate and not an ultimate flying machine.
