My Question is for the leadership of Jamaat ! after elections, what kind of role jamaat is going to play in Pakistans Political ground?

The day JI started in the politics there was not a single moment of time it was consistent. Any alliance it had made with any party JI was the first one to break away from that alliance.
Let

a) JI paticipatted in 93 elections –right ?
b) JI bycotted 97 elections becaz article 62/63 was not implemented as per desire —right

Then
Why they paticipated in 2002 elections ?

Does JI has any principle ?

Will JI appologise for starting agitation and long marchs against democratic governments in 1990s at the behest of miltary establishment?

I wonder why they did not hold any long march against musharraf.

People who know the history of JI or who have any interest in politics, they know that JI always stood firm on principles. Human beings do mistake and so some political mistakes have been done by JI as well (some JI members may disagree with this).

But when we see that the main motive of JI is to provide a poise and God fearing leadership to the peple, so that they can serve them in all fields and establish an Islamic rule.
To achieve this goal different options were adopted in last many years, different coalitions were made, MMA is a recent example (which JI tried a lot to save but there were people in MMA, whom purpose is only IQTIDAAR……everyone knows abt them) .

So JI joined or made the alliances for a cause, for justice, for Islamic law and so..but when those are not achieved then there is no meaning to stick with those people.

If we see all these events in this context (and be neutral), it might help to clear some confusions about JI.

JI is proud on having highest educated people (material education religious) in its ranks and that makes it a unique party in Pakistan. People who doubt this statement can verfy the facts at least about leadership, which can be easily collected. Track record shows that JI always performed very nicely in educated areas (if they have any cadidate there) but unfortunately our political syetem has many flwas.

Regarding judiciary, and some other issues…..its a long debate and i will try to respond…but i request the interested readers to visit in detail;

I just had perception that JI and religious parties will have honorable and descent men. But more I learnt about the political history of JI, especially their involvement in East Bangladesh (Razakar, Al-Shams, and Al-Badr), constant millitary and mullah nexus, the indoctrination of their own people towards extremisim, the goon and don style student politics in Karachi and Lahore, and lotacracy have compelled me to abhor them.

My question to JI:

1- How can they tolerate a personality like Maulana Fazlurehman?

2- Why they carry out same dirty student politics in Karachi and Lahore, as done by MQM (terrorist group)

3- Why do they rely on foreign funding (esp. KSA) for their political structure?

4- Probably being the oldest party in country, why it hasn’t been able to establish its vote bank nationwide?

1)There is a Qaida in fiqh that in order to get rid of Big Harm you can accept smaller harm, so dealing FazulRAhman was just like that plus just see the amount of good achieved after uniting all those religious parties and groups who were known to not even prayer behind each other. At least month of Muharam goes Peacefully now.
2)Dirty politics is being done by MQM so if some one shoots you or beat you to death don’t you have a right to defend. i think islam also gives you that right.
3)There is no foreign funding what so ever that i am aware off, if you have any proofs please bring them on. They operate on a system called “I’anat” collected from their workers.
4)Being an oldest party doesn’t qualify you to have vote bank. Look at the people who vote in pakistan, every one is tied in one way or another with biradree system, people are uneducated and poor, they don’t even know who is good or bad and if some time they know they can’t vote according to their will b/c Sardar, Malak, Sain,Makhdoom,Pir etc etc has told to vote them to a particular person. JI need to awaken their Shaoor in this regard which is what they are working.

I was soo happy to see Live with Talat Having QAZI sahib as guest, the other day, the whole program was about my question about JI’s futur politics, and i also would like to join you folks over this subject. well i support jamaat for its good work and best leadership it has produce in Pakistan. i am sure if Jamaat hav’nt been created Pakistan would have been westernised by its military dictators just like Turky. any of you guys would give any examples of JI;s work in term of saving islamic culture in pakistan?

You have got all the historical facts muddled up. Perhaps you are too young (or too old) to remember the facts right. I that case please read a book on history before making a comment.

I didn’t know Fiqh teaches us to quit your principles and support Opportunist, corrupt and incompetent persons. And while criticising every other party but not exposing the ills created by their partner.

I thought Islam teaches to stand by your principles of truth even if your father or brother or ANY ONE has to be sacrificed and do not compromise on any excuse.

In my second question, I was not saying why JI is defending itself if attack by anyone. But I meant, why it is involved in Dada giri, bhatta khori, corruption in academics and imposing their choice of drink against the rest of the students most of which are neutral and have never harmed JI or any other party.

I don’t have any proof beside news from multiple signals that, JI has been widely funded by Saudi Arabia and other Arab countries.

I was not saying being oldest party MEANS you have to have largest vote bank, but I just wanted to ask what are the reasons that despite being oldest party it has not been able to effectively propagate its message. I was asking because being oldest party you are most likely to have better stategies based on your experience. But I think understand your point of view on this issue.
