The latest set of 11 demands the US has put to the Government of Pakistan through the Ministry of Defense. As one goes down the list of the demands, they become increasingly untenable.
The first demand is for granting of a status that is accorded to the technical and administrative staff of the US embassy. The second demand is that these personnel be allowed to enter and exit Pakistan on mere National Identification (for example a driving license) that is without any visas.
Next, the US is demanding that Pakistan accept the legality of all US licenses, which would include arms licenses. This is followed by the demand that all these personnel be allowed to carry arms and wear uniforms as they wish, across the whole of Pakistan.
Then comes a demand that directly undermines our sovereignty – that the US criminal jurisdiction be applicable in Pakistan to US nationals. In other words, these personnel would not be subject to Pakistani law.
History repeats itself but only a few learn from it.
I see many parallels between the Pentagon and East India Company, off course with an added backdrop of a “stone age” phenomenon. It would be interesting to learn from a scholar of Pakistan/ Indian history what kind of concessions British asked from Mughal Emperors Jahangir and Farrukhsiyar. And how the “Company Bahadur” convinced Jahangir to help British win a war against the Dutch.

So it is easy for everyone to see how ridiculous these demands are, let me put them in the form of a list:
1) Granting of a status that is accorded to the technical and administrative staff of the US embassy.

6) Exemption from all taxes, including indirect taxes like excise duty, etc.
7) Inspection-free import and export of all goods and materials. So we would not know what they are bringing in or taking out of our country – including Gandhara art as well as sensitive materials.
9) US contractors should also be exempted from tax payments.
10) Free of cost use of US telecommunication systems and using all necessary radio spectrum.
11) Waiver of all claims to damage to loss or destruction of others’ property, or death to personnel or armed forces or civilians. The US has tried to be smart by not using the word “other” for death but, given the context, clearly it implies that US personnel can maim and kill Pakistanis and destroy our infrastructure and weaponry with impunity.
Effectively, if accepted, these demands would give the US personnel complete freedom to do as they please in Pakistan. In fact, they would take control of events in areas of their interest.

they purposefully put some demands that they know even musharraf wouldnt accept, so they can get atleast some of them accepted. i mean who can blame them for their optimism, he accepted all of the previous set of demands on a mere 5 minute phone-call from a secretary of state. our real enemy number one is America and then India.
These demands are so ridiculous that I refuse to comment on them. I have no respect for those people who put forward such demands and even less respect (in fact no respect) for those Pakistani leaders who are responsible for letting the Yankees be so blunt.

Advice or intimidation?
Since the creation of Pakistan our ruler have turn their faces toward a mighty democratic regime of USA who never proved a real friend of Pakistan, keeping Pakistan as backward state depending on USA and never encourage or help the country in becoming basic industrial state while providing debt in billions and supplying the readymade product in Pakistan, mean the Pakistan was developed as the market place for American products,
and an instrument to protect American interest in the region.
USA continues to influence our internal politics and dictating our leaders and institution as well. USA was supporting the feudal politician and weakening the institution, ignoring the real democracy in Pakistan.
The current demand draft of 11 points, submitted by the so-called democratic imperialistic state of USA is a clear sign to a sovereign government of Islamic Republic of Pakistan to accept and obey as matter of master’s voice. This act is a kind of intimidation and direct involvement in the internal matter of a sovereign state.
This act create a question as if we are really a sovereign state or part and partial of USA,
This is a moment invite us all for serious consideration weather to keep our independent in tact or bow down before this mighty evil ,democratically threatening to accept the terms and condition of USA or be ready to loose our independence for ever. You really are giving Mush too much credit. I say all these demands have already been met and was therefore surprised at them having been made formally as this is understood to be the case. On giving it some more thought — keeping the messenger in mind — I am going to make a tall claim. I will claim report to be a complete fabrication. Shireen Mazari is a spinner for Mush and the Army through her ISI funded ISSI. Is this an attempt by her to present Mush as someone who can say “No!” to US demands?
Have you ever heard of an American or British being prosecuted here? I don’t include in it brown-skinned one or the occasional drug-trafficker. Hell, we even free Indian spies.
Also keep in mind that we have accepted much worst demands — demands made by IMF/WTO/WB over the years and not just by this government — demands that have been a lot more corrosive to our nation. “Only those proposals are considered that are in line with our domestic laws and international instruments such as the Vienna Conventions on Privileges and Immunities. Nothing is accepted that is not consistent with our national interest and impinges upon our sovereignty.”…
…In a veiled message, the embassy spokesperson conveyed that in diplomatic negotiations ‘requests not demands’ were made.
I still stand by my earlier comment. If anything, these were not requests nor demands but orders to be followed that need no “acceptance” or “approval”, like a master telling his slave what he expects of him. Nor are these “facilities and privileges for their personnel in the event of temporary assignment or transit” as our FO would have us believe.
One thing which they forgot to include in their list of demands is that “Pakistani nationals” will be needing to get
a, residential permit
b, a valid visa to visit and work in Pakistan,
These are the only demands left out. And like in BKK they will put US flag at every corner so that while passing through we have to salute if in a car or do SAJJADA if walking.

2) All Pakistani citizens will be allowed to enter and exit USA on mere National Identification (for example a Nadra’s computerised National Identity Card) that is without any visas.
3) USA accept the legality of all Pakistani licences, which would include arms licences issued in Dara Adamkhel.
4) All these personnel be allowed to carry any arms and wear any uniforms as they wish, across the whole of USA.
5) The Pakistani criminal jurisdiction be applicable in USA to Pakistani nationals. In other words, these personnel would not be subject to American laws(only Pakistani courts could try them)
6) Life time exemption from all taxes, including indirect taxes like excise duty,import duties, etc.
7) Inspection-free import and export of all goods and materials.
9) Pakistani contractors(Haji Barood(explosive) Khan etc) should also be exempted from tax payments.
10) Free of cost use of US/Pakistani/Japanese/Chinese telecommunication systems and using all necessary radio spectrum.
11) Waiver of all claims to damage to loss or destruction of others’ property, or death to personnel or armed forces or civilians or animals.

I think these 11 demands by US are to divert the attenstion from the real issue. The real issue is why should the US soldiers be present in Pakistan at all. First of all we should not accept any US forces with in Pakistan. We should take care of ourselves and must not rely on others.
The demands in any case should not be accepted. I am worried that MUSH may be busy in making a underhand deal as he is in trouble.

Our demand to the US is to take his poodle (Mush Kutta). We don’t need that guy. We got rid of Cycle Chore (Q league) and in the next we will get rid of Bhatta Khore (MQM) too.

These are “occupation terms” which the Iraqi’s were forced to sign AFTER they were invaded and conquered.

If the assets of the generals are in the western pockets (banks) then anything can happen. Why would the military bring such news about a naked aggression against Pakistan from the Yankee’s? I don’t believe it is fake. I believe the Yankees want further concessions otherwise they will do further arm twisting to get some of the points through.
We cannot totally ignore the Yankees, but to lie flatly like that is humiliating and we will not tolerate these generals to sell Pakistani honor like that. Well let me just add that these demands (or “requests” as US spokesperson puts it) certainly are “untenable” but only on paper. Mush has certainly agreed to them (probably through a handshake) and are currently in effect. Do you suppose any of the so-called special forces “trainers” who have recently arrived were carrying US Passports with Pakistani visas stamped in them? Do you think there are no Blackwater/CACI contractors among them? Do you think anyone check their baggage? Do you think anyone is checking what they are bringing into this country through their three bases here? Do you think any one is checking what they are taking out of her? Do you think they are carrying any Pakistani licenses for their weapons here? (By the where do I apply for a licence for a drone and some Hellfire missles?) Letting Mush off the hook here a bit but have you ever heard of a US military personal being tried for ANY crime? Does that mean they have never done anything illegal? When was the last time you heard of a US spy being tried here? Does that mean they have never caught a CIA guy here? Hell, let me ask when was the last time you say a westerner being tried for anything besides the occasional small-time drug-trafficker?

The US will keep on bringing new demands for these dishonest and corrupt rulers of the Muslim world because United Snakes of America know that they have no option other then to accept it. It is apparent that almost all Muslim lands are occupied but there natures are different. We will remain occupied and will behave and act as there slaves as long as we will play in there rules of the game. We can never ever win this game although we have all the qualities a nation should have to become a power and a main player on the international arena. We know that it is west (mainly US and GB) which is making and braking Muslim government and are supporting tyrant and oppressive regimes in the Muslim world.
We as an Ummah should act upon the rules already defined by the supreme creator, the rules which are just and fair and are for the betterment of the whole of humanity. Only then we would be able to have a say in the international politics and would be able to lead the humanity from darkness into light. History is testimony to the fact that we rule the world for centuries and ruled it with justice and fair play having some exceptions.
I am hopeful that form the ashes of this system the spark of khilafah will arise in a short span of time and we would again witness the glory of Islamic khilafah. Once again people will come into the folds of Islam is groups and nations. InshaAllah

Every patriotic will feel grief with such type of pinching interference in his Independent country. This is not the cleverness of USA but it is a laziness of Pakistan.
