Look at the attitude of Nazir Naji, his is contractor of Mush. I believe, he is the guy if I send him couple of hundered dollars he will write a complete column about me proving me next to Quaid-e-Azam. I do not know why good anchors like Hamid Mir give that importance to this type of cheap people, greatest black sheep among journalists community.
March 13th, 2008 at 10:31 pm
Hottest or cheapest? Three immature politicians and a very mediocre anchorman. I hate the way H. Mir enjoys the bickering between his guests and plays one guest off against another.
March 13th, 2008 at 10:31 pm
This is the BEST capital talk I have EVVUURRR Seen !! OMFG ROTFLMAO !!! I have tears in my eyes..

aur sab jantay hain kis ke liye
March 13th, 2008 at 11:13 pm
Isn’t Hokumat the correct word for government in the local languages? Sarkaar means overseer, I don’t know why people use sarkaar instead of hokumat.
March 13th, 2008 at 11:20 pm
I loved the “Syasi Yateem” taunt
March 13th, 2008 at 11:31 pm

lmao “yeh chirh gaye hain, ghussay main aa gaye hain, ghussay main aa gaye hain” hahahaha. only watched about 10 mins of the show and LOVING IT. lol been a while since we watched such a classic capital talk. alos enjoying how the woman keeps trying to add her two cents in as well. they should call all previous mush ministers only once with some pml-n and ppp guys like these, we had to bear them for 5 years, now we want to see them humiliated once.
March 14th, 2008 at 12:09 am
@all,specially @khamosh
if media is not talking sense atleast use your own brains if you have any,
what a fazool program,i agree with asfand that hamid mir is mediocre anchor, anyway he is addressing the most illetrate audience which doesnot have any vision so people who think hamid mir is great anchor they have very limited vision

waaa waaa uwwwwaaaa!!! Mush lovers crying like babies!
March 14th, 2008 at 12:23 am
At the end of the program, there was a statement by Ahmed Mukhar in the hovering news strip which says
“Bangla Desh ke high commission aur Argentine ke Safeer ne Asif Zardari se mulakat kee aur MAI BHEE MOJOD THA”
I enjoyed alot on MAI of this man.
March 14th, 2008 at 12:29 am
Hamid Mir is Brilliant! his subtelties are lost on most duffers from the Pro-Mush crowd. These idiots are known for one thing: Their Crudeness!
Siyaasi Yateem was just perfect! One of the best and classic episodes of Capital Talk! Excellent Work Hamid Mir! You are the pride of Pakistani Journalism! Bravo!
I’m still laughing.. that was soooo funny!
March 14th, 2008 at 12:30 am
Saif was hoping that he would be accepted by the new government.
Rather he was ridiculed and Saad Rafique announced that a lota is lota whether he is in ppp or Q league.
March 14th, 2008 at 12:35 am
mediocre.. cheap.. Khawaja Saad Rafiq a thug!
March 14th, 2008 at 12:39 am

March 14th, 2008 at 1:03 am
thanks alot admin!
March 14th, 2008 at 1:04 am
lol i may sound sexist here but women really have to be told to shut up, otherwise they keep going without thinking. saad rafique realized that it wasnt sensible to turn the whole program into a joke, so he kept motioning to the woman to keep it shut. but i thoroughly enjoyed the ass-kicking that the loser on the right got.
March 14th, 2008 at 1:07 am
hey i wanna see tehmina daultana in one of these shows. anyone remember her? i think even the channels will be too scared to call her to a program with other guests. lol
March 14th, 2008 at 1:12 am
watch the loser at 10:50. classic
March 14th, 2008 at 1:18 am
Nazir Naji is a big Lota.
I think PPP and PML N should also boycott few black sheep journalist like Nazir Naaji.
March 14th, 2008 at 1:24 am
good one…third class people like saif are ministers….qudrat hai Khuda ki….such people who are not worthy of working as a peon with a the govt are enjoying portfolios of ministers..

“Inhoon ne ye jo Baddua dee hai, wo Inshallah Qabool nahi ho Gee. ”
These Q leaugers have nothing on their accept to create rift between PML-N and PPP. They are so shameless and blunt : the blacky Wajahat Hussain and this Barrister , that one feels pitty for them misreading what the ground reality is. Tuff hai inn oe tuff..
March 14th, 2008 at 1:25 am
I have been reading Nazir Naji since 1985. He used to write in Nawa-i-Waqt at that time. It takes some history to understand him.
Nazir Naji does not have a strong point of view on anything. He is NOT pro ppp. He is pro any ruling party (or party that has potential to come into power soon).
I remember reading him in 1985 when Naji wrote that he was Ëœmistaken” to have supported Bhutto (this proves that he was pro Bhutto when he was in power). Naji wrote that he thought that socialism is good. But now (in 1985) Zia’s policy has opened his eyes and that Islam is very important for Pakistan’s development. After Musharraf came into power, Naji has written against Zia and Islamisation.
In 1989, Naji was still with Nawaz and pro Islam. He mentioned a solution for Pakistan’s debts. He wrote that according to reports Iran had offered pakistan $50 billions dollars for nuclear “recipe”. He suggested that Pakistan should pay its debts and strengthen relations with a ‘Muslim brother’ by doing so. When A Q Khan was blamed for this in 2004, Naji wrote that A Q Khan was a criminal and how Musharraf cried when he heard that his hero had done this criminal act.
Nawaz Sharif’s last speech was written by Nazir Naji. Khawaja Asif wrote a detailed column on Naji’s actions. When Nawaz was in jail, Naji changed his sides again. He became pro Musharraf and pro Chaudharis. According to Hamid Mir in his column, everybody cursed Naji for writing against Nawaz after all those favours thats why Naji turned his guns against Shabaz Sharif only afterwards.
Naji wrote against Chief Justice as well. you can check archives of Jang to see that.
Last few years, Naji has written in praise of Chadharis a lot. No wonder Chadharies are known for their ‘hospitality’. When Nawaz was coming back, Naji again wrote in his favour warning Musharraf that if NS is sent back to Jeddah, he will be back soon and then “someone else” i.e. Musharraf will have to retire there.
When Nawaz Sharif was not successful, Naji found a new partner. He has stopped writing in favour of Chaudharis and focuses on BB and then Zardari. But he is clever enough to keep his options open. During last few years, his columns do not match with each other. He must be cursing politicians for not taking a steady stand and making his articles even more confused, Lols.
I have so many examples and I feel like compiling his articles and writing a book on Nazir Naji.
March 14th, 2008 at 1:25 am
say on to barrister saif, say no to lottacracy or musharafcracy. damn cool show, khuwaja and ppp person nai show loot liya. i think nazir naji is still supporting musharafs crimnal status thats why he was more relying on amin fahim issue.
March 14th, 2008 at 1:26 am
Saif is bayghariat…he sold himself for becoming a minister….shame on him……but again when u do not have conscience than you can fall to any level……..
March 14th, 2008 at 1:31 am
Finaly we get to hear the other sides point of view.
Lately capital talk has been only inviting guests that all agree with each other. Even the analyst are politicaly agreeing with each other.
but i am glad to see in this episode some one showing the other side of the mirror..
Keep it up Hamid Mir………..
March 14th, 2008 at 1:33 am
@optimist: good synopsis bro! that was informative!
March 14th, 2008 at 1:34 am
They are fighting like dogs. Highly immature and disgraceful behavior on their part. Hamid Mir wasn’t able to control the program . Instead he seemed to be enjoying the whole thing.
March 14th, 2008 at 1:35 am
10:40 : Aap kabhi councillor hu’ay haiN ? hahahaha!
March 14th, 2008 at 1:36 am
Khawaja saad rafiq really shouldn’t be given a slot in the federal cabinet.
March 14th, 2008 at 1:36 am
@ aka4c

March 14th, 2008 at 1:43 am
@ 18:20 ; “yeh qaanoon shikan kay saathi haiN, yeh barrister naheeN ho saktay!”
Khwajaa Sa’ad Rafique is on fire!
March 14th, 2008 at 1:49 am
I think system of checks and balances should be promoted in steps rather at once. Our politicians are not used to this system and extremely high expectations will be difficult for them. However, if all partymen from both these parties agreed in the system within their parties then chances are bright since they are fully aware of what will be required and how much time they’ll use for just writing presentations or documents against actually working for betterment of the society.
Very optimistic to me but time will test it!!!
May Allah give this leadership courage and ability to make good decisions and to do lots of good work for Pakistan….
Nazir naji and Saif just know how to say “NA JI .. NA JI”
March 14th, 2008 at 2:04 am
I couldn’t resist watching the program a 2nd time. Thoroughly enjoyed the ass kicking. The barrister should have been sitting in the middle.
Hamid Mir should invite a Mush sycophant loser personality to every show for the next month or so…..Sher Afgan, Naseem Ashraf, Wasi Zafar, Kashmala Tariq, Sheikh Rashid, Malik Qayuum etc. The Pakistan people need to see their asses get kicked for what they have done to the country.
March 14th, 2008 at 2:09 am
To Mr. Barister Saif,
Sir, if you have any self esteem left after today’s encounter with the representative of people of Pakistan, than please do not ever show you face on at least electronic media for the next 5 years.
Regards,
Riddle 792
March 14th, 2008 at 2:20 am
@optimist
you hit nail in the head as far as NAJI LOTA is concerned..You are 100% right ,im following his columsn as well and his columns contradict each other ,you dont even need to go back to previous years..this year alone he has switched sides 10 times.
examples
1-pmlq is establishment party
2-people know that pmlq is not responsible for the aata crisis its caretaker…so people will vote for them
3-ch pervez has done .wonders for punjab
4-ch pervez has put right candidates for punjab and he will be next pm ,he will get desired majority
5-NS is a dumb leader
6-NS is a popular and political leader
7-Mush has been cruel to every one he is real dictator
etc etc
He goes with the changed scenerio and want good terms with with
rulers……..\\
HE is a LAFAFA JOURNALIST
March 14th, 2008 at 2:35 am
“aap ko ghalat fehmi hoi hei … yea wakil nahi ho saktey …..wakilon ney in ko khud farigh kia hei … ”
“mein do haftey baad farigh ho jaon ga” Saif
“InshaAllah” replies Saad Rafiq
“yea aamriat key piyaley hein ….. ”
“mujhey in key hathon sey bohot dar lag raha hei ……”
hahahhahah Saad Rafiq rules ……
…. Good bashing of Pro Musharrafs
March 14th, 2008 at 2:38 am
@farz1234:
when he said “mein do haftey baad farigh ho jaon ga”
Khwaja Sa’ad Rafique should have said, “O ji aap to shuru say hi faariGh haiN!” hahaha
March 14th, 2008 at 2:46 am
this happens when peoples power is with u both saad rafique and firdous aashiq
were enjoying it but the @@sshole was looking for emergency exit
people rulezzzzzzz
March 14th, 2008 at 2:51 am
Wat the hell!
Yar was so immature. Atleast i didn’t expect this from Khwaja saad.
Rest of the 3 really suck.
March 14th, 2008 at 2:52 am
beghairat ka bachcha coffee phir be khatam kar kay gayaa hai! muftay ki aulaad!
March 14th, 2008 at 3:05 am
Khawaja Saad has probably been arrested most number of times by Musharraf regime and even Bolta Pakistan guys were saying that he was hung upside down and tortured many times by police.
In one episode of Capital Talk with both Shujaat and Saad, Hamid Mir was complaining to Shujaat that “iss barkhurdaar ko bohat dafa phenteee lagayee aap nay - magar yeh baaz nahee ataa”.
He is definitely one of the most fearless speaker and a true “sher ka puttar”.
March 14th, 2008 at 3:30 am
I wonder what was the criteria Musharaf has used for choosing the care taking team other than they all seems to have some kind of higher education degrees ( without education) and they all seems to be chamchey and beghairat and no common sense.
March 14th, 2008 at 3:32 am
Musharaf has done ONE good thing for Pakistan, he has united the PPP and PLMN and I hoping that best people from both parties will serve the country for next 5 years and will help the people of Pakistan.
March 14th, 2008 at 4:15 am
one criminal general destroys the constitution by illegally issuing ordinances to prolong his rule, but to make things right people start thinking about what is legally correct and what is not, I don’t think it should be very difficult to undo everything inserted in the constitution for self serving purposes…
I feel that days are not far, if things continue like this Mush will be tried for mutiny…
March 14th, 2008 at 4:38 am
@Riddle 792
“To Mr. Barister Saif,
Sir, if you have any self esteem left”
People please stop this “If you have any self esteem left” business. Total lack of even a trace of self-esteem is and was the prerequisite for being a Mush crony. Even the perception of self-respect meant disqualification.
Sure people will argue Khuaja Saad was rude or whatever but to h*ll with that. Are you all forgetting how rude Saif himselft has been to the guests on every show he has appeared on?. I have been waiting a long time for someone to give this Saif b*tch an @ss-wh**ping. And an @ss-wh**ping he got today. Now that’s what I call a spanking!
March 14th, 2008 at 5:02 am
saif got manhandled by fardoos awan and rafiq. Democrasy is the best revenge.
March 14th, 2008 at 5:13 am

Kh: “yeh wakeel hain? kaun inko wakeel kehta hai? wakeelon ne to inko faarigh kiya hua hai. aap yaqeen karain.”
HM: “yeh nigraan hakoomat ke wazeer hain” lol
Kh: “nahi nahi aap ko ghalat fehmi hui hai. yeh wakeel nahi ho saktay. yeh kanoon-shikan ke saathi hain. minister is tarha ke thori hi hotay hain”
omg hilarious. cant get enough of it.

HAMID MIR IS GREAT.
NO DOUBT GEO TV IS PROUD OF HAMID MIR
long live hamid mir
long live capital talk
long live geo tv
March 14th, 2008 at 8:09 am
What a Pathetic Program this is. I really think these guys don’t have manners to behave, speak and listen. Shame on you Khwaja, the lady and Hamid Mir, inspite wherever Saif stands, he has bit manner to talk and litsen.
March 14th, 2008 at 8:19 am
great episode of capital talk khwaja saad is great
March 14th, 2008 at 8:39 am
Apply article 6 of constituition not only to the one who broke it (MUSH) but also to those who have advised him or support him in any way to break the constituition. I hope new NA will pass a bill on that, so next time no one dare to break it.
I wonder what will Mr. JAHIL Saif will say when he sees Mush is about to hang. Still he will support him / not.
March 14th, 2008 at 11:05 am
Is it only me or anybody else also noticed the geo presentors and reporters need to work on their urdu pronounciations. Dont take this comment against their capabilities, this is something I have been noticing that atleast on media these guys should much more artciulate. I really like Talat Hussain and Asma in terms of their pronounciation of Urdu.
March 14th, 2008 at 11:41 am
Well, the way they were fighting was certainly laughable and I laughed too! But I guess Hamid mir is gone sick for some reasons, I have often noted he sadistically enjoy when his guests start fighting. If there were Talat Hussain, he would have immediately interrupted the guests to maintain the standard of program. I guess he does that probably because of commercial intrests, as such shows provide masala to their channel and newspapers.
I think GEO should quit the policy of exploiting rifts between two parties.
March 14th, 2008 at 11:47 am
Is this a political analysis talk show or Jerry Springer show of pakistan? Where he brings low class, intellectually deprived people and ancher tries to ingnite the conversation to provide entertainement to similar minded people.
March 14th, 2008 at 1:07 pm
This program must be better than good. Mush lovers are just spitting mad and pissed off!
Squirm! little cry babies SQUIRM!!
March 14th, 2008 at 1:19 pm
@ crazyrz
I think this is worst than Jerry Springer one as these people do not have patience to listen to one another. Although, freedom of speech and expression is one of the pillars of democracy.
March 14th, 2008 at 1:39 pm
yaar ya barister kisay ban gaya . ise salay ko tou chaprasi hona chaiy thaa. he dont even speek like a man …. trust me he is Khusra . his days are NO INSHALAH
March 14th, 2008 at 1:56 pm
I’ve been watching this Barrister since last couple of months, this guy speaks no sense…
But there’s one positive for this guy, he’s absolutely loyal to Musharraf, he’s still openly defending musharraf when everyone else have backed out…
March 14th, 2008 at 2:05 pm
@Optimist: A very good account of Naji’s Lota Gardi.
He was the official speech writer of Nawaz Sharif uptil 99. Hussain nawaz quoted this incidence in one of his interviews that when military officials stormed into PM house , he was sitting with Naji and they were reviewing the speech for prime minister which he was supposed to deliver on the exit of Gen Musharaf. Nazir Naji and Hussain Nawaz were surrounded by a group of men lead by a Major. When Major try to bully them , Naji replied in the same tone. Hussain said that he was very impressed by Naji’s bravery but after sometime he came to know the real story that Naji was already with the army people.
@Mush Lovers: why dont you accept this harsh reality that time of this SO CALLED SAVIOR is over. For the last 5 years , iss nay 80% majority aur hum sub ka bhot dil jalaya and specially since the last year.
Bhot zarf hai NS aur Zardari ka jo Butcher of Islamabad ko safe exit dayy rahay hain.
March 14th, 2008 at 2:36 pm
Nazir Naji actually looks like a lota. his face cuts are exactly the shape of a lota…. and the same is true for his son who used to come on Geo doing a morning show
March 14th, 2008 at 4:17 pm
Hats off for Khawaja… zabardast.
PML(N) PPP dosti zindabaad.
March 14th, 2008 at 7:17 pm
These PLMN guys are real lahorii pendus………………real daggayyyy…..
March 14th, 2008 at 7:35 pm
inhay kya right hai kuch kehnay ka…yeh kaun hain…hahah
yeh chirr gaye hainn….
saif was very arrogant to other guests in other talk shows,
but saad rafique didn’t even allowed poor baby saif to babble…
its great watching pml-q and its supporters getting insulted in every talk show..
March 14th, 2008 at 7:48 pm
@Hardliner
I think you should reconsider your statement…
sach ka saath denay walay pendu, aur jo logon ka qatal karain wohi hain modern shehri aur real democrats…hai na?
March 14th, 2008 at 9:20 pm
Ethics Committees are fine but they need to be on the Parialmentary, as well as, Senatorial level and they need to be representative of the ruling, as well as, the opposition parties. Otherwise they will simply be a rubber stamp of the rulers. You cannot have an extra-parlaimentary process to judge the representatives. Internal party review boards are fine to identify incompetent or unscrupulous party members elected or otherwise, but a genuine democratic system for the country must have its roots in the National Assmbly or the Senate or at the provincial level for the states and provinces.
March 15th, 2008 at 12:33 am
Yaar yeh Lota kiya cheez hai? Kiya yeh woh Lotai hain jo hum bathrooms main istimaal kartai hain? Ya yeh koi aur khalaee makhlooq lotai hain?
March 18th, 2008 at 10:37 am
@shazaad
agree with you on Nazeer ‘Naagi’. He is a black naag. but if you read across the papers you will see that most coloumists in the jang are black sheeps. I believe the biggest one is Irshaad Ahmed haqqaani yet so many wannabe intellectuals love hime just because hes about 80 years old. There are only two or three cloumnists in the Jang that have firm morals.
Nawaye waqat is probably the only paper that has a clear cut Pakistani agenda. and as you know Geo is a Jang enterprize,
I know most people will disagree with me on this forum but I have closely studied the western and Asian media for last 10 years and the truth is that Geo is following the same soft policy of its printing parent Jang with its primary focus on money. Geo has collaborated to quite an extent on promoting the medern enlightment agenda of Mush Bush. In my view the most outspoken jurnalist against musharraf in the last 8 years has been Irfaan Siddiqui of Nawaye Waqat.
Why dont they open a TV channle?
Nazir Naaji by the way is a communist.
What I find really distastefull is when Pakistani anchors make thier personal views known. It really is against the Idea of unbiased journalism. Although, my conclusion of the media study is that there is no such thing as unbiased journalism but it just looks good when a journalist pretends not to have a particular agenda.
I alsodo not agree with the notion that the corporate media is a political watch dog. Most Pakistanies seem to grant Geo too much respect in this matter. The job of a news bradcaster is to represent the simple plain facts to the voter who then draws up a decision regarding the appraisal of the political figures. So, in reality the only watchdog on parliament is the public and Allah Taala being the ultimate one.
Geo is just another money making corporation
