State would have take the a degree of responsibility of the wretched and the dispossed if we are to get any where closer to the much hyped ideal of “Islami falahi riasat”. The People should also on the other hand try to take charge of their own lives instead of passively believing “Allah Karesi” by ATLEAST practicing family planning.
