   until or unless pakistan comes out of this state within state culture nothin will goin to change,ISI has to come under rule of law n the only way to do is a strong n independant supreme court or a strong parliament

   no wonder these intelligence services opposing cj iftikhar n supportin the dogar court as the lady herself said that after nov 3 there cases has never been put up again…

    Saif is one of species in our home land who get the top seats thru Generals’s stairs at the early stage of their career so its their conscience that forces them to favour General’s rule at all costs.I have seen may young professionals on top seats in banking, NADRA, Fauji foundation,PIA and other working areas and when reasearched how they reach at this point then come to know that they have close relation with any of serving or retired generals and that’s why they occupy such a post that is not matching with their working experience.
    Hamid mir again took a risk of his program and his life by airing this critical program as I am sure it is the issue of missing person that has caused the judges locked in their houses.God save him and this program should be translated and aired in US and UK in english version.Attention PK viewersof UK and US based for helping hamid mir to convey his efforts to its real destination.

    The only way to get rid of all injustices is to get “JUSTICE”. A nation goes down if the judiciary is corrupt and under the influence of dictators and politicians. Ayub Khan was a dictator but did not do much harm to the judiciary. These secret agencies were there but no incident of kidnapping was reported those days. But after the fall of ZAB, people came forward to report. We remember GA Rahim mentioned how he and his family were picked up by the police at late night and brought to the Police Station and were told to give statement in favour of ZAB else his wife and daughters would be raped in front of him at the Police Station. Only mentally debauched and sick person can do that. Zia-ul-Haq and those after him never controlled or dismantled those agencies. In fact, with the passage of time these so called secret agencies grew stronger and tasting the enormous power bestowed on them, started using it for their own benefits and got corrupt. There was no war on “TERRORISM” those days but still kidnapping by these agencies were common. Onward from the days of ZAB till MUSH there had been political and rivalry kidnapping and torture. Presently due to the Freedom to the news Medias, these are highlighted and is a real fight between these corrupt agencies and the Medias. These kinds of tortures and injustices will be revealed more and more if agencies like PERMA are completely abolished.

    Unless these corrupt politicians and dictators learn to tolerate criticism or the judiciary gets the authority to do “JUSTICE” and punish the culprits hard, the people of Pakistan will have a long battle to fight for their civil rights which is worst than any sort of “TERRORISM” in the world.

    I did not like this program. Hamid Mir should have invited past DJ of ISI so that he could explain the situation and the process of agencies in this matter. Humayun and Said had no idea what to say in this whole program.

    I watched this programme with the women of the house and therfore it was a matter of pride that I didn’t cry. But my heart was being shreded to bits and inside I was whaling like a little boy at what has our country become and how brave Amina Janjoa was not to give up.

    Shame to Army and shame to the agencies.

    I have relatives in Pakistan forces so I grew up loving the “Muhafizeen-watan” but I have no love left for them at all. It will take a lot of convincing and change of role by the forces before they once again have the trust of the country.

    I only wish wish and wish that this LAWYER is someday picked by the agencies and than he knows what it means and how innocent people are targeted.

    A person who refused to sell his property to an Army officer is delared a Security threat and picked up by agencies not to appear on surface again. This is what they do. They ay be picking criminals also, but you can never justify picking, torturing and vanishing of innocent people.

    They are State wihtin a state and as dictatorial as no human could be,
