The Economist”, i dont know what he reads, or whether he just regurgitates what his political editor hands down to him, but the Economist, is based out of the UK, is pretty critical of US policies, not least based in the united states.

dude…. sometimes i am in two minds even whether i should dignify their comments, they are so lame, but i think in the main, he alright, when discussing internal matters of pakistan, i dont know if you remember, but there was a headline circulating a while back when he was off air, that Geo had sent SM to the US to complete a refresher course in journalism or something… and that they anticipated him coming back on air with vigor and ferocity, well, if they did do that, they are getting their money’s worth with statements like, “maroof amreeki jareeda”…. hehe….

back in november, or december, he did make an appearance on Houston Desi Radio, and i happened to catch it on my way to work, and all he did in that half hour program was quote poems, and nazms, seemed pretty pleonastic to me.
