Anyone else having problem? Video playing fine here.
Wasi zafar is a glowing example of what happens when an education system collapses. This IDIOT can’t put two words together, has NO SENSE of the law or any common sense, but managed to become Law Minister.
Nations like us are not only destroyed, they are horribly humiliated before they are destroyed and subjugated.

“they are horribly humiliated before they are destroyed and subjugated.”
We are going through this phase with flying colors.

Is Mr. Iftikhar gillani back in PPP?
i think ppp should seriously think of honorably allowing the judges who refused to obey a dictator’s orders to function and remove all judges who obeyed a military general and participated in his unconstitutional act , the corruption cases against zardari and fear of undoing NRO by pre nov 3 judiacry should not be a hindrance in this regard and there are some shocking news of tariq aziz and rehman malik with farooq naik preparing some amendment which will legalize musharrafs orders of nov3 and in return musharraf will facilitate a q league support for the ppp government in punjab and use agencies to intimidate anti martial law forces.
i think what so ever pp is doing would be a disaster for ppp and it is very sad that no body has any idea what the amendment is but reports are there that it is already sent to presidency for approval.
in short i think the judges who disobeyed a dictators illegal and unconstitutional orders must be immediately provided justice,otherwise i am sure one day all these illegal new judges and the bastards who brought them will be burnt alive as it is happening daily in karachi as people have lost confidence in the judicial system and ppp must think sensibly,it has now become a dictators personal servant ,we should all pray our country survives
Iftikhar Gilani defending PPPP’s impossible stance. Why do the piplayay take us for granted.
Hang Musharraf, hang Zardari and hang Dogar. They are all traitors.
Drown every PPPP member that says Dogar should stay.
@aedos
Your country is headed towards anarchy. The leaders of the PPP and others are frozen in time .They do not understand the changes that have occured in the mindset of the people of the country.
The lies cannot and will not pass anymore.
But the people have to rise and for that they must have guides-( leaders)- who will lead- not Zardari and his lackeys who are there to enrich themslves and keep themselves in power for a long time and after that their kids.
You need a SPARTACUS to lead the slaves of Pakistan. As yet I do not see one.
‘law is law’ . ‘truth is truth’.PPP should agree with Athar MinAllah’s point. All judges who supported Mush on Oct 12 and took oath under PCO should be tried under treason. This includes Justice Iftikhar and justice Wajeeh, Justice Tariq. All politicians who supported Mush on Oct 12 deserve to be hanged including IK and Qazi. All MMA deserve to be hanged for indemnifying Oct 12. I cannot understand the difference between Oct 12 and Nov 3. I cannot understand how come PCO judges of Oct 12 have suddenly became angels.
If pre-Nov 3 judges are right then we must accept that Nawaz Sharif is a ‘Terrorist Hijacker’ because these judges convicted him. We must accept Javed Hashmi as traitor. We must accept all ppro-Mush judgements of these judges that they gave for 8 years.
How come Dogar is different from Iftikhar when both have done the same crime. The only difference is ‘Oct 12 1999′ and ‘Nov 3 2007′.
Unfortunately we are a color blind and ’self rightious’ nation. PPP never supported any dictator in its history and will never support any dictator in future. All anti-PPP leaders including IK, Qazi and NS, JH supported dictators.
Athar Minallah is the only one making sense here.
very good discussion
Now it’s increasing my frustration level. What is the solution? Debate is going prolong, our political leaders/parties are lingering this issue, and they are sold by Musharraf. There is no parliament, every decision is making in Zardari House under the guidance of Presidency. PPP became another Q League. Our country is self-sufficient in Q League’s crop.
Discussion in the programme was very confusing and complicated. Kashif Abbasi had failed to simplify it. What is the purpose of this complex and bore debate or discussion? What does Kashif wants prove through this pathetic and fruitless discussion? I feel after Zardari’ interview, Kashif is feeling not well. Plz contact any good doctor or AAMIL to remove bad effects of that interview.
Mr Athar! Truth is always alone and stands single alone but the stand on truth is always appreciated .Keep it up, a large silent majority is back to u.
i think we should not confuse things here
what so ever was done on oct 3 was actually considered illegal by every one at that time and was regularized or legalised by an act of parliament later on.
77 martial law was also illegal and every one accepted it as illegal and was later legalized by 8th amendment.
now interestingly ppp is considering all illegal and unconstitutional acts of this ba**** of nov 3 as legal and acceptable to them just because of this nro etc and now ppp stance is that illegal removal of 60 judges was actually legal and 2/3 majority is required to undo it. I think it is not whole ppp stance even look at aitizaz how he is fighting for supremacy of law but zardari has been actually been blackmailed due to his corruption being forgiven and nro etc
A corrupt son-in-law brings another martial law. Nation is paying the cost of BB’s wrong choice. PPP’s supporters would like to say something on the deal between BB and Musharaff? Which is translated into NRO?
PPP is simply refusing to restore the judges on simple resolution not that they have anything against them but because they want desperately to help musharraf and pco judges and that they can only do by constitutional amendment. So the real game is how ot legalise the Nov 3 action and that is what Nawaz Sharif is opposing.
If the judges are restored by consititutional amendment then once for all a precedent would be set when any army general would come in, do whatever he wants to , pick up handpicked judges, pack them in supreme court and get the decision of his liking and thats all - it would then be part of consitution - there would be no role for assembly at all and no one would need any consitutional amendment in future.
So PPP should think ten time before doing such a thing. Once they pass this consitutional amendment they would be its first victim and then they would have no where to go.
Nawaz Sharif should support the constitutional amendment only if PPP agrees to restore judges simultaneously by a resolution and an executive order. He should not agree that a consitutional amendment should restore the judiciary. It is far bettter than the judiciary is not restored and PCO judges and Musharraf actions are not legalized - as they can be tried later on than to agree to restoration via amendment.
The crux of the matter is that Musharraf himself wants the restoration of judiciary via amendment because that would not only legalise his Nov 2 actions but also would cut CJ to size and also legalize the PCO judges for all times to come. PMLN should not fall in this trap. Thats why PMLQ is going over the board to help PPP pass this amendment because Musharraf is behind this - he is ready to sacrifice 52 B but wants his action legalized
Please DO NOT LEGALIZE HIS ACTIONS otherwise it would open the door for military for all times to come and ONE THING MORE
iF YOU LEGALIZE PCO JUDGES AND SEND THESE JUDGES HOME THEN REMEMBER IN FUTURE NO JUDGE WOULD EVER STAND WITH TEH POLITICIANS AND PUT HIS JOB IS JEOPARDY.
So in fact Zardari would have pushed judiciary back in the lap of military rules and Musharraf. And one day when Zardari is arrested again he would have no where to go.
enough said about this constitutional package already
Its likely to ignite quite a lively debate/havoc in an already stubborn nation when it will actually be out
What PPP hierarchy doesnt realise is that laws are just laws. they are just a piece of paper. I have said it before and I say it again, we dont need constitutional packages, we dont need shit loads of laws, we need people who can act upon laws, we need people who can stand for the law and we need people who can implement the law. What these morons should realise is that these laws wont matter at all when a new bastard from GHQ will rise and occupy the whole country, there will be a new Q league to change the constitution and throw the old one into bin and there will be a dogar to give indemnity to his actions. We need people like chaudhry to break this cycle and this is the only sloution to this endless political circus & power show.
But how can Mr 10% see all that
All he can see is his billions of dollars, his palaces and his horses
thats why you want pakistan isnt it Mr Zardari!
pakistan khappay

@saqibtahir
‘PPP never supported any dictator in its history’
well in fact PPP is supporting one of the wirst dictators in Pak history by the name of Mush right now! they also supported indirectly when they refused to resign from assemblies….thus assisting the dictator to prolong his rule…..what more do you expect
wasi zafar is crying like a b*t*h. “oooh mere baat tu sun laa….”
@saqibtahir
‘PPP never supported any dictator in its history’
Actions speak louder than words.
Unfortunately Actions of current PPP (post ZA Bhutto) speak otherwise.
and even ZAB had to start from somewhere,doesn’t matter if it was the cabinet of first Martial Law Administrator.No doubt, he washed this by standing against him,and standing with masses.
what now?
So this is just a yet another slogan by PPP (or zardari party) that PPP never supported any dictator.It is far from fact,infact.
Dil k behlane ko khayal acha hai
