I, personally think, that it’s it’s not just a matter of ‘ dragging ‘ the issue of
‘ restoration of judiciary. ‘
Everybody strongly feels that with the restoration of Ch.Iftikhar as CJ, ( which he actually, now is, ) there is a universal feeling at least, a semblance of RULE OF LAW will prevail. And if he is again allowed to resume his CHAIR, then people feel, the RULE OF LAW will actually be restored, right from there.
in a country where all these over 60 years of our independence, nobody, right from the head of the state to a conman man in the street, ever cared for the implementation of the existing laws, while the law, as such, DID exist,; thus it was termed as a LAWLESS country.
Majority of people pin their hopes on Ch.Iftikhar , that as he stood up to a strong dictator at his personal cost, and that if he is back in chair, then at least there will be a strong likelihood of RULE OF LAW to prevail, in this country, where no person or institution would again, consider himself / itself, about the law.
The Mush-Zardari goal is to preserve the Dogar forum that consist of a large number of puppets eager to support them just via a phone call. People want the pre-November 3 Judiciary. The force of the people and the selfishness of the two persons drag the restoration. These two persons have come with the solution to insert the seven independent judges in the dirty dogar forum. The independents will be outnumbered by the puppets in any bench that is made for any purpose including NRO and the eligibility of Mush. More cunning is the plan to take away the bench making powers from the CJ and gave it to a group of three judges that will consist of dogar, one another puppet and
the CJ who will decide who should join a bench for any particular case. Obviously the two puppets will outnumber the CJ and will make every bench consist of the pro Mush-Zardari members. Very dangerous game, folks.
Unarmed people or common civilian can only use the tool of judiciary for curbing the power of ruling mafia otherwise according to history only bloody revolution is the only solution of tyranny rule.So those people who have any vision for future are fighting for superiority of law and those who are hungry and desparte are having guns or burning people or even adopting suicidial ways for showing their anger.Judicary cant give flour power or money to all but no doubt strong judicary can force govt functionaries to do their duties and that is give relief to common man.So by making strong judicary you can lower the status of ruling mafia that is becoming stronger and stronger day by day in pakistan.
we really donot have such leadership who commit themselves to rules and regulations, they are always right as they have been granted this right to serve us by Allah………..
and then who are us to ask them to submit to any rule of law……..
people like us only have option to discuss events and aftermath…………
and it is not their first term, both are serving now third time…………..
may Allah protect our nation from politically dressed dacoits……………….
