Sometimes people are just wicked and give a raw deal to begin with to smaller/less powerful peers . this is what happened to Baluchistan. They got suckered into the whole thing and now they are being ruled as subjugated people ... what i'm trying to say is.. it may not have started from violence against Balochi', it may have started as "wickedness" against the balochi's. I don't think Shahid Masood gave enough time to the disparity issue.
