WHY THE FUQ is PEMRA still muting audio whenever the incompetence of the previous govt is mentioned?
WHY isn’t there any outcry over this???
They muted every time Javed Hashmi mentioned something about “intizaamia” or related to lal-masjid.

dear chaudhary sahib
i hope you read this as well
there s no research in your program.It is not even news what you tell us.Its VIEWS of all the parties which you invite and they share the same views with all the anchors in all the shows for four hours every night.Is this what you call as freedom of press/media.In the last three months i have not hear any thiing new in 500 different program.It also means 500 hours of lost time.
I would recommend to all the anchors to do a little research for their programs.

if you ask mna from ppp to have a road cleaned in his/her constituency
the most probable answer would be:
I belong to shaheedon ki paaalty………sacrifries blah blah ….i wouldnt have the road cleaned without mutual consensus and without discussing it in parliament.

Now he is reading out his Express columns. He published his words in the Express. You can read his today’s column on the Daily Express website. By the way, what has the changing of fate got to do with moving clocks one hour forward. It is an (excellent) administrative decision of the Government of Pakistan. I am a big fan of Javed Ch but this was quite stupid comparison. Pakistan should move its clocks from Mid-March to Mid-September to make maximum use of the daylight — loadshedding or no loadshedding, it will reduce your power bills!!!!

@hamideng
Javed chaudhary is only few of the columnist always writes with logic and lot of research. Plese try to find out the meanings between the words he has not condemned the advancement of clock (this is a normal routine in Europeon countries to save day light and energy). He wanted to motivate the people and pushing the Government to take concrete steps on emergency basis to fight against the crisis.

advancement of clocks. what a waste of time when we have 10000s of pressing issues. how is that going to help anything?
stop copying useless things from west to divert attention of the people. in UK they did it about 100 year ago during the war so the children can come back from home while its still daylight (as most of bombing ion cities was at night) and they have kept this ….as a memory of war
we dont need daylight saving in Pakistan because the diff between sunset in summer and winter is only an hour or so. among confusing many illetrate pakistanies who can barely read (time) it adds to significant other issues eg the time diff increases to 5 hrs with western countries causing difficulties to traders involved in exports from pakistan etc etc
and no way it saves on electricity
