How come nobody asks these PPP appologists, shouldn’t there be a debate on the NRO too like they want to debate the judges issue in NA? How about expanding the PPP & MQM specific NRO to the general public too. Why can’t the poor Pakistanis ‘get the same get out of jail for free’ deal too?

Shouldn’t PPP legalize the NRO through a constitutional amendment too like the restoration of judges?

Prior to lifting the emergency on Dec 15 and prior to removing the uniform Musharraf transferred the powers of declaring emergency to the President. Am I getting this right? He transferred that and some other powers to himself beyond 58 (2)B.

Kashif Abbasi Sahib, you tried your level best to get streight forward reply from representatives of PPP and PML(N) but you were helpless till the end of your program today. I dont want to discuss about multi billioner son of a army general representative of PML(Q) belongs to beverages industry who got all this amount through his father secret deals during the afghan war’s transit care taker who was handling “OGRIH CAMP” Rawalpindi under General Zia-Ul-Haq.

The issues which was under discussion is very clear for both PPP and PML(N) about the restoration of honourable judges on the position of November 02nd, 2007. But the script does not allow Asif Ali Zardari to do this job done before the election of American President. I dont know why Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif is insisting this issue repeatedly when the oponent is not interested in doing the way he wants.

The only way to get the restoration of judges is possible if this important issue brought in the parliament and involve PPP, PML(N), ANP and other independent members of parliament and come to some conclusion. This is not possible to get solve from non-elected political party heads or their representatives like Asif Ali Zardari, Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, Jahangir Badar, Raja Zaffar Ul- Haq, Rehman Malik, Khawaja Haris etc.

Let the leader of the house, Makhdoom Yousaf Raza Gillani and other prominent leaders like Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Asfand Yar Wali, Ishaq Dar, Makhdoom Amin Fahim, Khawaja Sa’ad Rafiq, Makhddom Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Khawaja Asif and Khurshid Khan who are the members of the National Assembly and have lots of respect can find some legal frame work to solve this puzzle in shortist possible time.

PPP and PML(N) leadership failed to deliver two strong demands of the people, which they were expecting from Asif Ali Zardari and Nawaz Sharif immediate after the general elections of February 18th, 2008.

In my opinion, if at this present stage the executive post of Prime Ministership will be in the hands of Imran Khan or Mian Nawaz Sharif the whole world watch the direct show on Geo TV and other leading news channels how the Pervez Musharraf and his entire team should be handed over to the general public of Pakistan who suffered in last 8-9 years for (missing persons, lal masjid operation, swat operation, bugti’s killing, baluchistan operation, waziristan operation, assasination of benazir bhutto sahiba, killing of lawyers in karachi and islamabad, operation against print and electronic media, political media trail of PPP and PML(N) leadership in last 8-9 years waisting billions of dollars on hiring lobbiest and legal advisors to involve political figures) and in the end have a u-turn and issue NRO to get the safe pessage from key figure supported by foreign guarantors.
Pervez Musharraf is a violator and a criminal, twice he inforced Martial Law in Pakistan in the name of Emergency Plus …, he force honourable judges and put them house arrest with their innocent family members for many months he should deserve to be removed immediatly and punished by the present co-alation government.

The way Asif Ali Zardari handling the present issues, within 24 months the big change is expected and it will bring either Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif or Mian Shahbaz Sharif the next Prime Minister of Pakistan and Imran Khan as the President of Pakistan.
