looks like no body has any interests with NWFP, people are being killed, little kids are turning into killing machines and the rest of Pakistan has the only interst revolving around Nawaz sharif……….
Now I can understand the feelings of a Baloachi………for rest of the people, practically Pakistan is just Sindh and Panjab…..

Police is just not capable handling these monsters, even army is having tough time dealing with these guys. Solution should be new units in army with lots of mobility and agility, which could operate in hours, supported by best possible intelligence.

you r right..people have some sentences which they speak and they give extrmist a kind of support and encourage them to do whatever they want.

e.g.if some extremist Mulla blow himself up and kill innocenets people..you will hear following sentences which are to hide the truth and encourage those extremists and noone will talk about real truth..some of the reactions we normally hear from people

1) No Muslim can do that..it is some aliens from Mars which are doing this
2) This is a conspiracy of India and Israel to destablize pakistan

3) This is the reaction of US attack in afganistan (what a joke Mullas has killed dozens of innocent pakistanis in a reaction of US attack on pakistan…i have not heard a good joke than this)

what happen, that these kind of statements encourage extremists as they feel that people do not blame them and they slaughter people and still enjoy support ……even some people will say , yes taliban are very good, they are innocents, they are mujahids bla bla bla bla……

i fear that these extremist talibans and other mulla groups will take over NWFP very soon and when Govt. will try to push them back…everyone will cry about use of force……..

these taliban are worst than buthcer…recently they have killes 28 tribesmen and throw their dead bodies on road and some fools will still say that this is propoganda of media……..

as long as we keep our eyes and ear close and remain in state of denial..these extremists will continue their activities

In a country where by the edict of a confirmed tyrant- high stakes criminals are forgiven so that those criminals might provide political support to the tyrant in return-
where judges are fired so that the tyrant be able to do whatever he pleases-
where the so-called elected representatives of the people support all of this-( PML-Q, JUI,PPP etc)- or at least do not stand up for the people
where crooks and prostitutes run wild and where corruption is rampant-

it would seem odd that some persons are concerned- the mass extermination of a common group of people is supposed to solve all problems- just like the Lal Masjid operation has solved everything or the killing of the 80 plus students at Damadola has stopped all the law and order problems. If there were no problems of Taliban in FATA or the NWFP-( Ayaz Amir-The News) then pray tell me what is the cause. In case anyone has missed it- the Americans came invading Afghanistan.

Labelling and categorizing groups of people is not going to be of help . If someone is a Mullah- well they can have an opinion of the situation- it might not be the right one but it is their right to have their opinion and no one should be allowed to de-nigrate their views.
If someone has a point of view that might appear to support the views of the Taliban movement - well it is their right to have their opinion and if someone is imbecile enough to term them TALIBAN LOVERS- well then they might label the IMBECILE as Musharraf LOVER or AMERICA LOVER or some such term.

One of my pet peeve with this web site-BLOG is that due to logistics problems of the ADMN- they are unable to stop very opinionated persons from using bad language and what perhaps should be called un-acceptable behaviour.

If you wish to be champion of democracy- then you must follow the rules and the first rule is be CIVIL to those that oppose your point of view regardless of what or how much they know or do not know. Democracy treats equally a person who is a high school drop out and a Ph.D .

PLEASE be CIVIL and stop making this web site-BLOG a cesspool of bad language .
