I don’t understand why Govt. is having peace deals with these people. What are the objectives of this peace deal? Is Govt thinking of allowing a “state within a state”?
Who are Taliban’s to enforce the “Sharia Law ” in Swat? If People of the area want such a law, there should be a democratic process and if people vote for Shariah Law, then they should get that and it should be government who should enforce the laws and not some illiterate Talibans.
In my opinion, these Tlibans are simply the terrrorists. They should be dealt with severely and there should be no peace deal with them. and this should be done asap itherwise it will be too late.

But what about the states of all th wadairas & sarmayadars within state. Its not new concept in Pakistan.
So I am not surprised, coz just the mask has changed from liberals(wadairas & jaghirdars) to taliban. rest of the thing is same.
Its our culture but we are reluctant to accept it, living in a state of denail. Its nothing new, yes literaly nothing new.
The common people of Pakistan are always made fooled & robbed by liberals, conservatives, army, army in civil uniform…..
Theres nothing new that you are spreading fear, its just a change of authority , change of comman just like from Zia to Mush & AZ to BBZ.

Unless the corrupt and decaying system of Pakistan is not changed, rest is useless, even if you bring angel but he/she has to run the government machinery through these old and most corroupt government system.

Everybody who will win the lottery to loot public, complete there term (will try to extented their term, no use to common public) and then another corrupt bache will arrive to loot pakistani public (by making false promises, as usual) and then another, and, another. This vicious circle will never end.

I wounder, since Pakistan has been repeatedly looted by elites of government, ruthlessly, and it’s still survives, isn’t a mircle?????

Every naton on this planet, see, care and will do anything for their national interest, except Pakistanis. Some of our people will sell their mothers for money (American congressman and senator said that). Now tell me how much we are creditable in the eyes of foreigners??

Thats your problem man you don’t wanna share the pie of authority with anyone. You don’t wanna to be judged on the same lines as you are judging a particular segment of the society.
Its not new concept they are just following the method of your 60 year old wadairas & sarmayadars.
There should be a severe punishment for those who are victimizing the people for 60 years by changing their masks.
Yhey are the byproduct of the injustice that you have carried for 60 years. But you are against it since its a direct threat to your authority now. You wer happy when you guys used the name of Islam to fight against USSR, And now they are using your teachings against you, challanging your authority, so instead of getting annoyed, Ask Allah for forgiveness of your 60 years of crime.

In our four provinces our brothers are living, we love them, I respect them. I think, we should litsen their problems, althought at same time we have lots of problems of our own, because living is very expensive now a days, all over the world.

We should talk to our brothers of other provinces ( to finish miss-understanding only by talking you can do so), and let them know our feelings towards them, and same time litsen them, and when you go home, do something to ease their problems. These politicians are not goving to do anything, they make false promises. Now you work hard and do for your brothers who live in other provinces, I assure you, “khuda ki kassam” it will pay back to you, and miss-understanding will be removed which our enemies are trying to spread between us and our brothers.

Try to talk to the people of different provinces and explain them real situation. By talking, you can remove miss-understanding very quickly, it is quick fix to the problems created by our enemies, who wants us to be separated in different groups, and later they get us one by one in weak condition.

you are very right..national harmony is most important if we wanna move forward..i am not talking about “national reconciliation” thesis of zardari to give shelter to all corrupt mafias…rather a national harmony amongst people of Pakistan..we should behave like a nation ..very united…then we can face all threats external and internal….divided and confused nation cant face challenges

Faisal is right in pointing out what outcome through deals could one expect, who are bent upon doing harm to Pakisatan and its people through terror and killings, who talk of Jihad and Sharia, but act against the principles of Islam, transgressing all humanitarian laws. They are not being oppressed, so they could live in peace and they are not appointed messenger of Allah, so they could believe in the principle of live and let live, witout terrorizing their Pakistani Muslims, or do they think they become better muslims, when they kill innocent people with suicide bombers and school burnings, behaving like cowards.

On the other hand:

Pakistan’s state religion is Islam (Article 2)

PROPOSED ADDITION Article 2:
Article 2-(a)
Pakistan’s Constitutional Laws will be based on QURANIC LAWS, which are LAWS of Allah (Raheem o Kareem).

As far as those laws are concerned where only the principles are given, in Quran, an Islamic State shall frame details thereof staying within the parameters of these principles according to the needs of their time.

This is possible with an ADDENDUM to the Constitutional Package, which is already under review.

Our country’s name is also : ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN

Pakistan’s Laws must not deviate from the “Principles and Guidance given in Quranic”.

All man-made laws, not respecting Quranic Laws in essence, are not Islamic Laws. All such Laws in our Constitution should be ammended and made compatible with the Quranic Laws or deleted altogether.

Article 1: The Republic and its Territories
(c) the Federally Administered Tribal Areas

Article 2: Islam to be State Religion
Islam shall be the State religion of Pakistan.

Article 5: Loyalty to State and obedience to Constitution and Law
(1) Loyalty to the State is the basic duty of every citizen.
Article 6: High Treason
(1) Any person who abrogates or attempts or conspires to abrogate, subverts or attempts or conspires to subvert the Constitution by use of force or show of force or by other unconstitutional means shall be guilty of high treason.
(2) Any person aiding or abetting the acts mentioned in clause (1) shall likewise be guilty of high treason.
(3) Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament) shall by law provide for the punishment of persons found guilty of high treason.

ISLAMIC LAWS:
1. The Laws of an Islamic State must remain within the limits set by Quranic Laws
Sura Yusuf (12:40) : “Remember Hukum (Order) is for none but Allah”

The Book is revealed to the Messenger (Rasul, PBUH) for all Muslim Ummah to follow.
The State Laws must be based upon the essence, spirit and limits of Quranic Laws
(3:78, 35:32, 5:44)

On the contrary, the system of government in which the right of law-making is exercised by human beings, is a secular regime, whatever its shape may be. That is the line of demarcation between infidelity and Islam, Kufar and Islam. Allah Almighty ordains: (5:44)

“Those who do not establish a rule according to what Allah Almighty has revealed, are non-believers.”

iv) In it there are certain laws (the details of) which have been determined and for others guidance has been provided only in principle. :(5:101-102)

“O you who believe! (what is necessary for the guidance of mankind has been given through revelation and is prescribed in the Quran). Do not probe into that which has not been revealed (because if We fix up their details, they shall become immutable. And when they shall not be able to cope with the needs of time, you shall be put into difficulty because you shall not be able to accomplish them). The same shall happen if We disclose such matters during the descent of revelation. Thus you should particularly keep it in mind;

ALLAH Kareem reveals:

“We forgive all that has happened before. You ought to be careful in future. If you had forgotten or had fallen into error, there is a scope in the Laws of Allah Almighty for forgiveness of failings in small matters. You are given the warning because before this a nation (Israelites) had started asking such questions (2:108).

QURAN and SOCIETY:

It is apparent that the commandments and laws determined in the Quran shall be put into practice gradually according to the conditions of the society, and thus the society shall be brought to the required standard step by step.

“ISLAMIC CODE OF LAW”:

But it shall not be allowed that you pick up some injunctions of the Quran according to your own liking and take these up along with other un-Quranic injunctions and name the mixture of these two as Islamic Code of Laws”, this is also infidelity Kufar. The Jews also used to behave in that way, on account of which they were warned as follows: (2:85)

- Illeterate, irresposible and nonreliable
- they talk of Islam as cover, they talk of Jihad against Pakistan !!!
- act as terrorists, using suicide bombers to kill Innocent civilians
- call Peace Comittee members and Kill them, behaving like Cowards
- spread terror, talk of Sharia, burn girls schools like arsonists
- threaten Punjab and Sindh with suicide bombers and burnings
- talk of 160 million Pakistanis as if they are different nationals
- act as if they OWN the Pakistan and its tribal areas
- trying to spread terror and fear in FATA and settled areas and towns
- Copying all that the AFGHAN TALIBAN were doing before 9/11
- Daring America with “catch me if you can”, hiding in caves & mountains
- Challenging Pakistan with terrorism in Punjab and Sindh
- the list is impossible to complete, because it goes into Future as well..

Pakistan must STOP their criminal actions to go on into future as well!
Pakistan must not stop, unless Tribal Areas are under Govt’s writ and the rebellion leaders are DISRAMED …

GIVE and TAKE on the Principles of Islamic Republic, but no room should be given to undermine Govt’s full controlling power, with the elp of Police, all Govt Agencies and Pakistan’s Army that is under Govt’s orders, and no more Ruling Pakistan, but SERVING Pakistan !!!
