    Are you talking about NS or PM or both? I think both,

    PML-N made all the fuss about black pattis and all. However, its close to six months, and they are still part of govt ‘coalition’ and PM is still Pres.

    @Rashid
    you are out of touch with ‘recent’ politics……

    by the way PMLN resigned from all the ministries approx 2 months ago…so they are not part of the govt but have decided not to carry out any steps that will weaken democracy…

    why just NS has this responsibilty of impeaching Mush and restoration of judiciary? what about other main parties like PPP, ANP and other less significant parties like JI and PTI who had also promised to remove Mush and restore judiciary?

    @Malek,

    You are right. I am out of touch and also cynic.

    I wish I could convince myself that our politicians are so noble that they would
    “…not to carry out any steps that will weaken democracy…”. However, its hard to digest. I think its more like save the SS govt.

    As for why others are not responsible, I never said others are not. PML-N made restoration of judiciary their one point agenda during elections. Next time they should be clear about their agenda:
    1. Do not weaken democratic govt
    2. Well…then there is not much we will be able to do because we will have to make all sort of compromises for (1).
    3. Make loud noises..
    We were not taken into confidence for Constitution package.
    We were not taken into confidence for budget
    We were not take into confidence for FATA operation
    We were not consulted on the appointment of Punjab Governor
    ……
    …………..
    ……………………
    However, the coalition is strong :)

    @Rashid

    you made a list of points but the conclusion is wrong…..because of the points that you mentioned ‘the support by PMLN to PPP is at its low’

    http://www.thenews.com.pk/updates.asp?id=48784
    PML-N was only siding with PPP to end the dictatorship from Pakistan

    it is a very difficult choice to either provide limited support to PPP who have always spoken against dictatorship and todate state that they are sincere in restoration of judiciary or sit outside parliament in coalition with likes of JI, because of whose vote in 2002 Mush is still in power

    rather than criticising for the sake of it we need to think logically…who is the real reason for Mush to be still President and that judges have still not been restored??? who do you think. be honest and name just one main party/leader responsible?

    as regards PMLN govt, it is an elected democratic govt and must be saved at every cost expect when it comes to having to compromise on principles

    in addition it was not the one point agenda, but certainly top of the agenda which contained many other points. when the top agenda was not honoured by the leading party in coalition they sacrificed all the ministries without delay…… and most importantly continue to put pressure both inside and outside parliament …infact the only party to have raised effective voice so far
