I am sure the ‘personal reasons’ cited by DCO Bhatti can be nothing other than threats to his life.

Unless the Punjab govt. can offer him watertight security, he would obviouslly insist on leaving the country.

Also, implementing the model alone will not root out corruption, it all depends on the integrity of those responsible for connecting with the public re the feedback, i.e., responsible for running this methodology in each case, whether it is land transfers or issuance of licenses or whatever.

Already, I consider the system failed, if the honest architect of the system has been managed out.

Instead of voicing against this, once again we started fighting with one another.

and if someone asks the same qst to leadership of 1)MQM and 2) PTI, their answers would be 1) i permanently live outside the country 2) i am mostly outside the country in London (filing a case against Altaaf Kaalia) or in India (attending ‘cultural’ shows) and when i am in the country i only do politics for 2 weeks and then take approx 3 months off
