PMLN can sit in opposition by not bringing no-confidence against or not being a part of this.
PMLN has failed to being a part of parliament which is the corner stone of democracy.
“ham PCO judges ko nahin mantey” but accept gracefuly their decisions.

Shahbaz Shareef has blown his credibility. He ducks the questions and is hiding behind the BOGUS Dictator;s conspiracies. Instead if he would be honest he would say that the reason for his alliance with PPP is simple that PPP has told PML-N will lose it’s govt in Punjab because PPP will join PML-Q and form the govt itself.

Mera Sher Shahbaz Sharif

Assalam-o-Alaikum,
Last five minutes of this program was important for the general public of punjab, if it was get implemented in near future by the orders of Chief Minister of Punjab Mian muhammad Shahbaz Sharif.
Rest of the program was useless because Shahbaz Sharif did not reply properly the questions put by the anchor Javed Chaudhry regarding the federal co-alation government failure. His justification as the President PML(N) and supporting PPP is not a healthy sign for the democratic government if the main issues stays un-setteled for so long.
May ALLAH gives the strength to the main co-alation partners PPP, ANP and PML(N) to bring major changes in federal government which gives the impression to the general public of Pakistan that the policies were changed after the February 2008 general election …… which is not visible from my angle as far as I know the national and international politics of Pakistan. I am not very much hopeful with this co-alation government, nor I think it could continue for the longer period if the two main justified request were not acepted proposed by the PML(N) for restoration of judiciary on November 02, 2007 position without minus Chief Justice of Pakistan and removal of illegal and un-constituted President of Pakistan from the one of the executive post he is holding.

SS was not very impressive in this episode… Oye Shahbaz shareef,,, we were not expecting only individual stories… every Pakistani (i mean real Paki, not Musharraf, MQM, PMLQ and other khabees) want real and quick resolutions about Justice and Musharraf impeachment. Rest will automatically start getting better….. dialog bazi naa karo ab please.
When they will also kick you out like they did to NS, then you will say,, i was about to be serious….:P Hopefully, i m wrong about this.

That’s why I like Imran Khan. He talks straight.
Please Mr. SS I am tired of these speeches you give when you’re interviewed.
I think Media should also tell them that it’s an Interview and they’re acting as if they’re throwing a public speech.
I am not happy with PML-N as they’re not telling the truth and they’re either afraid of something or they don’t have the guts like Imran Khan to openly talk about Zardari and his “Chors” in the govt.

Please solve the Main Issue.
Restore Judiciary and Chief Justice of Pakistan
July 10th, 2008 at 9:42 am
@Media Maven
you are asking others to solve the Main issue….why dont you do something about it rather than talking about it like your leader IK?

We should do something like this in Pakistan for the talibans and swat militants.
July 10th, 2008 at 10:31 am
@Malek
I can’t stop laughing at your comment.
We’re doing the right thing by humbly asking the Govt to Solve this Issue and this what we can do (to ask for Justice).
1. Can you please give me a few suggestions regarding things a common Pakistani like me can do to solve this Main issue?
July 10th, 2008 at 11:20 am
@media maven
i am glad that i made you laugh!! when you stop laughing apply common sense without being bias and you will have all teh answers
one suggestion that you asked….. strenghten the true democratic forces and appreciate some positive things that have been done eg by SS whilst in office for less than a month and support the clear stance that PMLN has taken on Main issues so he is strengthened to force PPP govt to carry out the implementation as promised
July 10th, 2008 at 11:39 am
Did someone speak about IK “fan club”…..What about the NS/SS fan club? You just need the slightest approval/mention of PTI/IK then they will jump up and cry….”tonga party”, “IK fan club”.
Can we have issue based debate instead….Pleeeeeaaaaase?
July 10th, 2008 at 12:28 pm
someone here said its more like a ‘IK/JK fan-boi’s club’

Good Prog by JC!!
SS looks to be in a mood to re-structure Punjab in a quick phase, he seems deterministic and my prayers with him.!!!!
One thing is for sure and is reported in newspapers that most of the orders of SS are taken seriously initially and then they are slowly fading away. I won’t blame this on SS but on the last 8 years highly oppurtunists that our country have produced….
One thing that can really help SS and all pakistan is the restoration of pre 3rd nov judiciary…because then it will be impossible for the departments to do any corruption… and especially NAB…
I will agree with “Media Maven”… to put this country back on progress track… judiciary should be restored at earliest…

@revolution,
You are most welcome. See there are some good news from our country as well. I wish media shows them as well.
This may not reduce the country’s troubles, but it surely brings a little good news for all the people. I wish this web-site keeps showing the reality the way it is showing currently but keeps the spirit high as well. Drop-by-drop an ocean can be created !!!

I have been watching videos from this website for a long time and I always read all the comments by all you sagacious people. But I believe this remains the stigma of our nation that even quite educated people like us get astray and forget that the purpose of the discussion here is to analyse what is the essence of the topic in the video but not to pass nasty comments about the anchor person or start fighting on petty nuances such as: you are Ik fan, to mention one of them.
I meekly request to all of you who are ardent and fervent lovers of Pakistan please forget the personal differences and try not to be parochial.I do not mean irreverance to anyone in fact I regard everyone’s prerogative and I am just trying to make a very small effort to convey this message to all of you through this symposium to have healthy discussions instead of pulling each other’s leg.

i think the opening statement in which Javed chaudry says that Pakistan starts from punjab and punjab starts from lahore. This is the statement we need to ponder on.
this is the inequality of which the rest of pakistan is crying about. this is the inequality which resulted in bangladesh. we need to .. no rather we must.. get the country together as a federation. we need to give autonomous rights to to rest of provinces because right now as punjab has teh population it has the right which it abuses. this is a serious problem for the future of our nation.
we need to educate the masses on how important it is that every province gets its equal share and its right over its resources. right now punjab is not letting wheat get transferred to nwfp. ( ok there might be many technical issues relating this but) it gives wrong impression to more than 90% people that punjab is not letting go of its resources and eating up the electricity of nwfp and gas of baluchistan.
this is the biggest hurdle in pakistan future. equality. justice.

PML (N) is facing the same dilema, which was faced by MMA. In the last govt MMA were ruling NWFP but did not join the federal govt and did not want to do any agitation against the Mush govt with same excuse if they would do something the assemblies would be dissolved and Army would come. However Musharaf and his loyalist are all still there but MMA is no more there. If we just look at the current situation the present colation is maintaing the status quo. PML (N) has to change his policy of compromise and fear otherwise there will not be much difference between the corrupt PPP and PML.
July 11th, 2008 at 8:37 pm
@khanlala
MMA did not face any dilemma. They were pro-establishment in an anti-establishment skin.
PML-N’s case is different. NS does not want to push zardari into mush’s arms. And that’s what is holding the coalition intact.

Dont fix the blame , fix the problem.
