It’s not BS. Really! What Mr Gobol wants to say is:
Musharraf will be impeached the day he resigns
or
Musharraf will be impeached the day he dies or gets killed
or
Musharraf will be impeached the day his new 5 year term runs out in 2013
Which ever comes first….

It is the first two that are the cause of the ambiguity about the time-frame as they might not happen before 2013.
