    I didn’t get what is the point of this show. Prove that the Lawyers movement is dead?

    the premise …is the small gathering a sign that the lawyers movement is weakening…is dubious. bad show kashif…

    I have not seen this particular program, but it is quite obvious that the movement has weakened considerably. AA/NS pacifying move AGAINST the movement in Islamabad was very successful. I am sure Moshe is a relieved man, because he probably knows that It will be very difficult to make a show of force like that again :-(

    How great it would have been if the lawyers had made a manifestation with 8-10.000 (selected) people in front of the Parliament for some days. It would have sent a clear message to the GHQabza Group and the lawyers movement would most probably have gained international coverage….but…sigh……AA/NS move ensured very little coverage and thus put very little pressure on GHQabza group :-(

    I always wonder what is wrong with us.

    Why Atizaz is the main force behind the Lawyers movement.

    If he is out of the scene, no one is active.

    Why we Pakistani, don’t start pyramid structure of parties or systems or even for Pakistan politics.

    Pakistan problem is not judges. But judicial system to be over hauled. You can not fire all judges but have to start at some point a good system.
    These judges and lawyers are the same for years and years and done nothing to make the system fair and honest. What happen to them now? is it s wake up call?
    Of course judiciary should be independent but these judges would not do the job, instead they will start taking revage from their opponents.
    If you look at thier living, they have sucked millions from Government Treasury and live like a King. They can not feel the pain of poor people.
    If you go any court, you see the treaatment of judges and lawyers with poor people that is shameful.
    We need young blood educated people from new generaion whose mentality is better than these people.
    Who does not know the role of a lawyer in Pakistan? Majority of them are not honest with their profession.

    @syed

    SO basically, the only people who had the balls to stand up to a dictator should be kicked out for good in favor of the “so called independent judiciary”. I think it is high time that we start rewarding our heroes rather than making up excuses to shun them. Stop acting like zardari, coz no one buys a word he says

    who would be afraid of the revenge of an independent judiciary?? those fire at them (may 12) those who burn them alive…those who shoot at their homes…those who have every reason to be afraid of any independent judiciary….this 1508 is the serial nos of an mqm drone…me thinks.

    @kafka

    Exactly. To add to that, those who mistreated the CJ, i mean the cops. And of course, mush.

    I can say it with complete confidence, that if the CJ and all the deposed judges come back, it would make a lot of difference, even for the common man.

    I know this day might never come, but I just want to see the faces of mush, his team, and all the corrput people who backed him, when CJ return to the SC. One is allowed to dream right!!

    hahah………….I missed the last line of your post. I agree with you there, there are quite a few MQM drones roaming around on this site, and 1508 might be one of them. In fact, i remember reading a post from someone (dont remember who it was) where he said Singh needs MQM coz PPP is too corrput or something. You have got to be kidding me!!

    i vehemently disagree with the logic that these judges are the same for years n judicial system must be in place . how u will change the system Jibrael or Izrael the angles of the LORD will not come in person to change it .When Allah decides to bless any nation he makes some one among the crape to stand up and fight against the tyranny.If we keep on going back to past time n again to discuss and criticize all that what in the lost 60 years than u will finally reach to our mom n dad(Adam n Eve) bcz they made the mistake and were thrown out from the paradise.Some where at some stage we have to start to put the things aright. i think this is the best time to stand behind the judges n support them heart soul together .If some one think s t hat these polititions NS n AZ will give u independent judicial system he is mistaken.it is proven historic fact that when ever there has been contest between the good n evil forces the good forces are always smaller in size.

    two people were offered either to choose dignity or lust by Allah n they both chose lust, they will be cursed forever. there names are:

    1) Dr. Shahid Masood
    2) Aitzaz Ahsan

    there is no justification for SM to join PTV n be a frontline ally of AZ. n there is no justification for AA to stick to the most corrupt party in the world….
