First he legitimizes Kanjar-soori by making him the “plaintiff” against “the accused” (the lawyers - who apparently are responsible for the broken juss-tiss-siss-tumm)

Then, at the end, he blames the society for the corruption in the judiciary. I guess it has nothing to do with the broken bureaucracy which we got from the British which when left without the oversight of officers who were ultimately responsible to a parliament (The BRITT-TISH PAR-LIAH-MUNT ! in case yer wondering) and a system of checks and balances ran amok and basically sold their mother for a couple shekels.

No historical analysis, no perspective, just a torrent of cheap emotionalism sold to the gullible saps as “analysis and prescription for what ails us”.

Most of the Pakistani people dont have the background knowledge of Mr. Ahmed Raza Kasuri but the residents and people of Islamabad knows him very well when his father was assasinated in 70 ’s and a fake FIR was registered by him and immediatly transfered to abroad and kept in a locker against the serving Prime Minister of Pakistan Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto.

He lost his father in an assasination attack, which must be a big loss for a political minded lawyer, but it was very well cashed lateron during the Gen. Zia-Ul-Haq tenure. In the mean time, he was enjoying his life with a lady known as ” Zippi ” in Islamabad working with education department at that disturbing stage who become Mr. Kasuri’s wife after few years. But he spend his most of the time just after his fathers assasination to “GHAM GHALLAT ” with that lady whose nick name is coated, which can be verified from Ahmed Raza Kasuri. So the general people of Pakistan should know how much he was disturbed and heart of his father’s political death. The faces which are black sprayed already, no need to be coated black again in future which will be wastage of black colour. Mr. Ather Minallah, should tell this story when Ahmed Raza Kasuri was acusing his father on air in a leading talk show.

Ahmad Raza Qasuri might not be able ti win an election with those that frequest this web site- but in a civilized society one must listen to differing view points with which one might disagree and he is certainly an articulate lawyer. His only crime appears to be that he became Musharraf’s advocate. Well- he is lawyer for hire like all of them and it shows his guts that he took over a case which he knew was most un-popular and he did that knowingly.
Oh ! yes about his case against ZAB- well even if we grant that ZAB’s hanging had to do with ZIA being CMLA- but BB never challenged the case IN COURT during her two prime ministerships. That says it all.

Ahmed Raza Kanjree is a goddamned sociopath! To hell with JC’s pronunciation. What is important is the way he conducts his programs. I don’t need to write a detailed essay on his failures. The most important thing is he fails to be impartial. Just listen to his introduction about the treatment by the “damned” judiciary of the “poor” generals=TRAITORS Zia-Ul-Haq and Moshe and also the way he interrupt AM in NEGATIVE and supports Kassor-vaar in affirmative.

IMO, that is enough to ban this program from Pkpolitics.

This is not about NOT listening to the other side. In a democracy everybody is entitled to air their views, but in this case things are not as they should be. JC is NOT conducting his programs fairly. It is evident that he has chosen a side……..the dark side…….the Moshe side.

Kasoori is the embodiment of what is wrong with the judicial system, inviting him to “present the other side of the story” is like inviting the RAPIST in front of the rape victim to give lectures about how the rape victims bring the rape onto themselves!

He’s not impartial, has a strong bias and he is not framing the issue properly. That is the problem (IMO) with his broadcasts. Not that he’s presenting “the other side” of the issue. That would be great, if he did, but he isn’t, and _that precisely_ is the problem.

Intersesting anecdotes told by Javed Chaudhry. This is what our Judicial system is actually like in reality. People have to suffer for generations to seek for justice yet what they get is injustice. I want to quote the maxim “justice delayed is denied and justice rushed is crushed”.
Now coming back to Mr. Kasuri, he is absolutely retarded and is incognizant of the rules of debate. First he needs to be taught the morals and ethics and then called for any talk shows. I remember him cursing the other guest during a debate on one of the talk shows. He always swerves away from the topic and starts telling stories about people’s personal lives, which is condmnable and highly shameful. SHAME ON YOU KASURI. If you are so interested in telling what other people’s fathers and relatives did then let me remind you of your very own father. HE WAS THE ONE TO SANCTION SHAHEED BHAGAT’S DEATH SENTAENCE. Interesting to read above comments. I agree with ”ek aam shehri” about our judicial system.

I dont know how many of above people have personal experience of Pakistani judiciary. Actually I have….. and believe me I would never want a repeat. People can disagree with host of this program…..he cant pronounce ….he is illetrate …paindoo but he is rite for ordinary people police judicial system (including most of bludy lawers and most most of judges) are the worst. I remember my friend had to give 300 Rupees to khabees reader for ” AWAZ ” that kasoori was mentioning for the case. and it needed to be done on every ”payshee”

I actually like the host……but thats my personal view and his starting comments were the best picture of our corrupt tareen judges which is 100 % rite and I am a witness (first hand) of corrupt judges.

People wait for generations for property cases…..disgusting and the most powerful get it done the easy way…..buy the judges or even before that buy police officer hahaha

In this way I agree with kasoori although his support of murderer Mush is a crime and a sin rather……….. but still when he is right he is right and his mother does not deserve ”bad language and abuse” as above.

I fully agree with Mr. Raza Qasoori that our entire judicial system is corrupted, mostly the judges and it needs a total overhauling. However, he himself is the most corrupted lawyer in the history of Pakistan. He not only is greedy, most corrupted but also a big hypocrite. He has helped criminal Musharraf to circumvent the constitution of our country to stay in power,therefore, he is a criminal aswell.

I must say that there are many judges and lawyers who are very honest and god fearing, like Judge Wajeehuddin.
