    My question?

What will change, if, if, if, this dictator is gone?

*What it will reduce the price of foodstuffs?
*Whether it will reduce the price level of deisel?
*Will it bring change in policies in NWFP?
*Will it give cheap and effective, LAW and JUSTICE to common man?

About above, urgent and immediate problems, no political party has said anything or atleast they don’t seem serious about it. Musharraf stuff was secondary for the public, it could wait 4 more months whereas they have waited 4 months.

Who will have check and grip upon these politicians, who have bad reputation (on record), about handling of public funds? How we can trust them because we know them!!!

Oil prices are steadily declining, so the government needs to immediately reduce fuel prices, and the situation can improve as well–otherwise the notion that this government is performing worse than the Shaukat Aziz government will be substantiated to a certain extent.

I thought Javed Hashmi is a sincere person, now he is talking BS like PPP that, “cost of living should be inexpensive, and law and jutice should be cheap and effective. Now tell me who don’t know these issues?

Question is what the hell you have done or doing for above issues?? Tell us where you have reached, so we can start checking the accuracy of your statement.

Hamid Meer does not mention as to why the so-called politicians-( they are really crooks)- were toppled.
1.Ayub Khan was toppled by the economic factors exploited by a Wadera named ZAB.
2.Yahya Khan is always blamed by everyone for Bangladesh but everyone very conveniently forget the primary role of ZAB and PPP.
3.Zia ul Haq was pushed to power by the rigging of the election by ZAB and the reaction of the masses agaisnt him
    4. Nawaz Shareef was toppled by Musharraf with great support from no less than PPP and the masses who were fed up with the Nawaz Shareef and the rampant corruption that prevailed at the time

If Zardari wishes to look into finances of this govt- then perhaps he would also like to tell us where the 2 billion dollars stolen and stahsed away in Swizz Banks.

The panel on this perticular show is pathetic.

I hope JC saw this opening monologue. Short and to the point, that’s how you do it.
Yes, it’s a glorious thing that for the first time a brutal military dictator is being dismissed through a peaceful political process. But minimal credit should be given to the political parties for this. This is the demand of the people of Pakistan who have shown their political sophistication, because for the first time they’ve been allowed to.

@edcoym – Watch the capital talk edition where HM is on the streets of Rawalpindi: http://pkpolitics.com/2008/06/05/capital-talk-5-june-2008/
The people who are poor and suffering the most from the food crisis realize that the best way to get relief is for Mush and his cronies to be dismissed. Because these people are trying to sabatoge the democratic forces.
