Yes these JOKERS deserve to rule as the many jokers of Pakistan have given them their votes.

just an observation after reading comments since all this impeachment episode started and ended successfully. I have observed that all the guys continuously bashing NS and AZ belong to IK’s party. It looks like they cannot take it that now the elections will not be held at least until 2012 and thats killing them. IK made a big folly in november by boycotting elections and he has to pay the price. In the mean time people like shimatoree and company will try to discredit NS and AZ for achieving what their leader IK cannot even think about. Until two days ago, he was blaming both the leaders of back-stabbing lawyers movement. I guess it is now just a matter of hours before judges are restored to their nov 2 position, further sprinkling salt on IK and company’s wounds.
To be honest, Mush was right, NS and BB (now AZ) were enemy before and now they were friends ONLY to cut the neck of Mush.
Our politics is not for the betterment of the country but for personal vendatta.
Mush was also right when he said, I want to shake the hand for the betterment of the country and not for anything else.
Every person has its peak and downfall, this is a nature of a God. It is God who took Mush to the highest rank in Army and than he became a highest post of pakistan as a president.

The only way to achieve true independence is have a true independent judiciary. Soceities can not function properly without justice and rule of law. This is the only way to make sure dictators (military or civilian) do not come to this country and rule whatever way they like. This is the only way to stop corruption in the country.
There is no point discussing who is the most corrupt person in pakistan as this discussion will never end. The only way to end the filth coming to the pure water is to plug the hole where the filth is entering the pure water.
The independent Judiciary is that plug. Any person or party/parties who are not calling for and not doing anything to restore the independent judiciary are the BIGGEST Corrupt in the country.
We should put pressure on the political parties (inside the assemblies or not) to put forward the bill in the assemblies for approval and to change it should require 3/4 majority.
1) Any Judge who takes oath under any LFO/PCO or any other form of unconstitutinal order should be disqualified for the rest of his/her life from any govenament and public office. He/she should not be allowed to practice private practice as well
2) No pakistani citizen is allowed to be interrogated by any foreign govenament/agency
3) No pakistani citizen is allowed to be extradited (whether convicted or not) to any other country without the Supreme court consent
4) Under no circumstances any Pakistani citizen is allowed to be exiled by any government order
5) No political party is allowed to take part in election until it has internal election for every post after every two year. Furthermore no person is allowed to be president/chairman/chairperson or head of the part for life.
6) Any person who has dual nationality is not allowed to take part in any political activity in Pakistan. The person has to abandon their other nationalities before entering into pakistani politices. The violation of this rule should be treated as sedation and treason.
7) The nomination of candidates for each contituency should be done by its local party branch and should be finalised two years before election and the list should be submitted to election commission. (only exception is if perspective candidate dies/ become disqualified or leave the party)
This is not the difinitive list but a attempt to start up a discussion for what we should be aiming for and concentrate our energies in coming days, weeks, months and years.
