It is very unfortunate that pakistan is inhabited by some who are selfish and criminal minded like Mush and his crones. On the other hand, fortunately Pakistan is also ihabited by the nobels like Justices Saeeduzzaman and Ibrahim Fakharuddin. I have a great respect for these individuals.

I fullyy agree with Justice Saeeduzzaman. Laws must be be applied equally across the board. No criminal, may it be a president or prime minister, be allowed to evade the justice. They all must be made acountable for their alleged crimes.

It is a well known fact that Mush has comitted many crimes against Pakistan and it’s Awam. These serious croimes were comitted by mush to prolong his iron grip on the power. He had no interest in Pakistan and the wellfare of it’s citizens. He and his advisors are a bunch of arrogant and selfish individuals, who have brought a grea havoc upon our nation. These criminal thugs should never be given a safe passage.

I respectfuly disagree with Justice Fakharuddin that we should foregive Mush and move forward for the sake of our country. With great respect, I will say, ‘ Mush must be made accountabe and punished for his crimes and at the same time we the people of Pakistan can move forward with great dignity.” A known criminal should not be allowed to evade justice, That will be a wrong wrong message to the potential criminals and dictators like Mush . This also will send a wrong message to the civilzed nations of the world about the prevailing criminal laws in Pakistan.

But I certainly agree with Justices Saeeduzzaman and Fakharuddin Ibrahim, that not only Mush be be made accountable, but also his advisors, including,
Shareefuddin Pirzada, Abdul Qayum, Raza Qasuri, Tariq Aziz Shoukat Aziz and many more.

Justice Ibrahim Fakharuddin is talking lot like Asif Ali Zardari. He is in fovour of reconcilliation; even with the known criminals like Mush.

NO SIR, WE THE PEOPLE OF PAKISTAN ARE NOT IN A MOOD TO FORE GIVE THE CRIMINALS LIKE MUSH AND HIS ADVISORS. WE CAN MOVE FORWARD WITH DIGNITY AND YET WE CAN APPLY THE LAWS EQUALLY ACROSS THE BOARD. AFTER ALL PAKISTAN IS A NATION OF 160 MILLIONS PROUD CITIZENS WHO ARE AWAKEN, VIGILANT, AND ARE READY TO CHANGE THE POLITICAL AND JUDICIAL SCENE FOR GOOD.

In the end, I would like to extend my conratulation to my fellow citizens for their long and difficult struggle to remove the criminal dictator and his crones from the power. This was possible because of the mighty power of Awam. This is just a small step forward and we have a monumental task ahead of us and let us not cool down our jets yet.

You know I am confused as to what to do with the Musharraf question. Both sides have good points Those sides being

Let him go, let’s move on; and
Hold him accountable and start applying the law in true spirit.

Musharraf is now yesterday’s news. The fact he is gone, is an appreciable thing enough. On the other hand he had been neutered a while ago and was hanging on to power through a “mutual understanding” of despised people in the government.

    I dont know….

Making an example out of one man is not enough, unless that example is a launching point for a new tradition of accoutability and justice. Will that happen with these kleptos? It would be an expensive proposition. And keep in mind how will this govt. charge him, when many of these very components supported his actions.
ON the other hand, charging Musharraf and bringing him to court is seems to be the right thing to do. The time tested wisdom of the dangerous tradition of the destructive rich getting off scott-free.

Maybe we can start by first restoring the judiciary, and creating independant inquiry comissions over the murders in FATA, Balochistan and Red Mosque.
More than charging him, the truth matters most. That alone would be the biggest blow to him even no matter how many courts acquit him.
