Disregard General… Local Government system is far better than 1850s British imposed Commissioner & DCs. Modify the system accordingly. But decentralization of power at lower level is the true essence of democracy. Small countries of Africa have adopted new system. Sharif Brothers are living in 14-18th century with four provinces. Pakistan needs atleast 35 provinces and power sharing with common man at Tehsil level. Just be “objective & just”.
