As Americans are not ready to recognize Al-Qaida/Taliban therefore No hope or question regarding negotiations with Americans until they accept Taliban or may say so Al Qaida and the Muslims in peace. If not, naturally Taliban needs to remain strong and if attacked, destroy the enemy completely and decisively as this negotiation offer is in other words the very big SUCCESS of Al Qaida.
