According to Law (our so called Constitution), only President can send this issue to supreme Judical council. No body else in Pakistan can raise this issue to any one.
On top of it “supreme judicial council has no right to take any action against chief justice. Wow what a law..

People of Pakistan wants the resignation from Hamid Dogar after knowing that, he blocked the way for much better student than her daughter who failed to get admission even though she took 787 / 1100 numbers securing 74 percent marks much better than her daughter Farah Hamid Dogar who secured only 661 numbers.

1-If benazir was so much democratic,then why she ,her mother and father kept the people of their region in ignorance.why they never gave them any light of education.they never built any schools,colleges or university in their place.
2-As they wanted to keep the people in ignorance so they can be treat them always like slaves from one generation to next.
3-Her Deal with america in which she herself allowed america to enter to pakistan trible areas if she become prime minister.

The Real problem.
Since this issue came in Newspaper. Every Muslim in Pakistan is asking, can we this to be send to “supreme judicial council”.
According to Law (our so called Constitution), only President can send this issue to supreme Judical council. No body else in Pakistan can raise this issue to any one.
On top of it “supreme judicial council has no right to take any action against chief justice. Wow what a law..
Now can we expect this from MR Zardari (mr 110%). ??

Lets imagine, every one is corrupt now, (as we can see in the current system) no doubt every one is……
Then who will send this to “supreme judicial council, no body…since last 3 to 4 days muslims ummah in Pakistan in another agony.
Problem after another problem. ………….these all issue are coming due to Kufar based (man made) system…….
Now lets see Islamic system. Where any ordinary person can raise issue about any judge to any other court. …….and this can be deal with it……
Until we change this kufar system and bring the True Islamic System there will be no change………as can be seen in 60 year history, and particularly after 18th of February 2008.
Lets reject this kufar system……..and bring true Islamic system (khilafah)
There is no short solution no long solution……only one solution that’s islam….

But the real credit goes to Abid Sher Ali of PMLN who firstly raised the DOGar’s fraud in parliamentary committee within a very short time of it happening and secondly it was for this reason this programme became so succesful in exposing the PPP support for DOGar’s fraud
its a shame that with lots of ‘democratic’ and ‘justic@’ ke shedai are not even ready to recognise this valuable contribution?

But our people / awam/ family / Govt / Political and other parties , just work on what “All one cannot be”
So I have come to a conclusion, never say never again, especially when what one can or might be able to do in any field.
Never undermine anyone’s future potential.
With right training and education. One can go the moon if he wants to.
Pakistan should remove all these hurdles between students and degree programs.
They should let them be what he wanna be. Not being too strict on mark system alone.
We need to take the hurdles down not erect them like Mr Ghulam Farid Kathia.
I am pretty sure no one liked Mr Kathia on this program, where he is erecting hurdles on a sub-commitee chairman.
And is a good Example of what NOT to do when we have power to do so. Like what Ghulam Farid Kathia did , it sucks!
