    Though the IMF champ was kindo burucratically catious and over emphasizing that they just do Macro while Govt does Micro; the impression he was trying to give was that things are not so bad here in Pakistan. More elaboration on taxation and why not its base is being expanded especially on agriculture and property can be a hot topic; I mean 1% direct taxation is too little?
