The world knows that Pakistani controlled kasmir is free from attrocities of the controling entity. The world knows that there is resistance in Jamu and that Indian army is committing atrocities. UNO has already passed a resolution in favor of Kashmiries getting the right to choose. What Musharraf suggested and what this Ateeq ur rehman is saying is load of unworkable rubbish. Why would India agree to anything that a failed looking state like Pakistan might say? The solution to Kashmir is to empower and develop Pakistan and to pursue the UNO resolution. Israel today can choose to attack Ghaza and ignore the world community because it has put itself in a place where it can exercise 'might is right'.
