PM Gillani Again Offer His Resignation to President Zardari

Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gillani has offered President Asif Ali Zardari to step down for losing confidence of the later in him. Sources close to the Aiwan e Sadr told this correspondent that the Prime Minister made this offer to the President during his last meeting in the current week and said that he is ready to tender his resignation from his office as he feels that the President is not satisfied with his performance.

These circles are also of the view that Prime Minister Gilani also did not come up to the expectations of President Asif Ali Zardari in extending required support to Governor Punjab Salman Taseer for dislodging the provincial government.
