you mean PPP candidate won?
Hahahah well asked pakistan thinks, you mean ppp candidate won?
I posted here earlier during the confusion last week on pkpolitics that we dont know whom to trust. But I had an idea and optimism that the lawyers would elect someone better suited to their movement. There is some difference when it comes to voting by the general public and the lawyers only. Same may be true for the other educated class. I am sure the losing candidate of LBA election may well be sincere guy for the movement for chief justice but so was Ahsan Bhoon. May be the lawyers especially the younger lawyers do not want to take chances this time. Whatever their decision we must respect that. Even if it was the other way round it should have been acceptable.
Lets hopw we dont get betrayed this time by anyone.
Cheers all those who want chief justice to have justice, whatever your party affiliation.
He was not PPP candidate.. Instead our some “foolish” friends were trying to prove him such. Like admin of this pkpolitics posed that as if the Hamid Khan group is advocating the Dogar candidate. Instead not only Hamid Khan group but also the PML(N) lawyers were behind him.
We shouldnt start doubting someone’s intentions and sincerety within minutes just on some exaggerated stories. Aitzaz Ahsan and Hamid Khan group both are sincere to lawyer movement. And thats it.
You are right ghayoor—although I think admin is doing a pretty good job on the whole, the commentators on this forum are just too quick to jump to conclusions and label people as “ghaddars” and what have you–in reality, it is rarely all or nothing. The best of people have flaws and the worst of them have good points.
One can decide who to support or who not to support but it doesn’t necessarily mean that everyone in the opposite camp is unpatriotic or a sell-out of our national interests.
