Your suggestion of stopping all discretionary land allotments is very noble, indeed. But a question that repeatedly comes to one's mind is, ' WHO WILL BELL THE CAT'? Such like activities have always kept on happening in this 'land of the pure' since the Day-1, (independence from British Raj,) & WHICH WILL NOT END till a 'Messiah' actually comes from the heavens-above to punish the 'wrong-doers'! @ Asad Ghalib.

BB replied in an abrupt manner "All Rubbish." But the time is proving mine cousin was true as well as Pakistani Journalists!
