You are talking rubbish, there was no Court case. In her second era Benazir (not shaheed) in order to win sympathy of Indians made a public statement that a genuine list was provided to Rajiv Gandhi and in return the Indians should not create problems for her.
Also in Dec 1988 at the time of SAARC conference, just to please Rajiv Gandhi there was no mention of Kashmir issue, and to this then Gen Aslam Beg took avery serious note of this.

In first part AA did pretty good. Iftikhar is trying to grill him but so far AA has held his ground like a vitorous leader.
