If a Quite Extensive Majority do not want any Army Action according to current American Survey then why our Slaves cum Puppet of America only PPP is ever ready to take an Agressive Action on behalf of America.
The question for Hamid Mir is that if America do not stop drone attacks (which is beyond the control of Pakistan government), will he keep justifying the slaughter and killing of innocent civilians of Pakistan by the Talibans and their associates?

American’s say that they are in Afghanistan to hunt the network responsible for 9-11. The drone attacks are to hunt them down. The problem is that those NOT responsible are being maimed and only a few have been hit according to what we hear in the news reports.
Those affected join the suicide bombing network to hurt those not responsible for conducting drone attacks or army operations.
In other words Pakistan is choked between a rock and a hard place. One of the worst tragedies to afflict this country is happening right now and has been going on for the past few years. And it keeps getting worse every moment. The situation is totally messed up now. There is NO unity amongst the masses and there seems to be no clarity and national consensus over anything. If the government asks the army to intervene they are accused for following American orders and if they sign peace treaties they are so weak that they are capitulating and have no writ. In other words it appears as if people think that either one can be with the Americans or the militants and there can be no middle way. We need to accept many bitter realities.
One of the biggest problems is that we are facing a leadership fuqdaan. We cannot simply rely on one political party or the army to solve all of our problems. I am also very disappointed with the newspapers and tv channels. The english newspapers will present one point of view and their Urdu versions will present the other view. Talk about yaksooi. This is true for two newspaper groups we have. Tv programs are fast becoming entertainment shows where anyone who makes a mistake is supposed to be a laughing stock. Apparently we only get a one-sided view of what is happening. There urgently needs to be national conference.

I wish we had these types of Forums at the time of East Pakistan Crises and once we have found out exactly what is going on in East Pakistan we would have never lost our Eastern Wing. Yahya Khan and ZA Bhutto misled us right from the beginning and they both never told us the truth until the day of surrender.
Now on to your main point that 751 militants have been killed, I totally disagree with this figure. In fact the Army has not so far shown any pile of dead bodies, however we do see live terrorist wearing masks – this means most of them are alive. I will say without any hesitation that our Army has not killed more than 10 militants so far. You can even see MQM terrorist with masks in Karachi taking ‘Bhattas’ with the blessings of PPP.
Particularly GEO TV is giving totally wrong and misleading reports. I am surprised that with full backing of the modern gunship helicopters and 3 squadrons of F16′s our Army has not been able to clear more that 20 square miles area. Since yesterday the morale of the Army has been really low. What I have found out that our stupid Gen Kiyani has actually deployed Frontier Force Regiment (FFR) and most of the Soldiers are Pushtun’s in this Regiment and have homes in Swat Valley and they certainly don’t want to bomb their own homes. How can you expect from the Army when their President Zardari is having gay fun with Altaf Hussain in London and giving him flowers to fight for these two bastards. Do you remember in East Pakistan when our Army was surrounded by Indian Army in Dacca, our Yayha Khan was f@cking around with Noor Jehan, Tirana and Husna and ZA Bhutto was having fun in New York when he ripped apart Polish Resolution for Cease Fire.
We are facing exactly the same scenario that Army is refusing to fight when nearly 2 million people have lost their home in OUR own Country.
We are misled, the Army is not advancing and if this situation last for another 3 days, some Field Commanders may surrender to Talibans, just like Gen Niazi. Most of the highly paid Generals don’t go to front. They only go to front to surrender.
Also ISPR spokesman Gen Athar is bullshitting every day that our Army is advancing. These Talibans ( which consists of Tajiks and Uzbeks) are trained by Indian Army and seem to know the military tactics better than our Army. Their weaponry is of superior quality and their radio telecommunications used VHF signals and have not been intercepted by our Army. The Core Commaders Conference held 2 days ago DID NOT disussed the operational tactics in Swat, in fact it only discussed the promotion of 30 Brigadiers to Major Generals and 13 Major Generals were promoted to Lieutenant Generals followed by a lavish dinner. Our Army is only trained to surrender and give guard of honour to Gen Musharraf (and Gen Yahya).
This war is only to prolong the tenure of Zardari and the Army does not want to fight war for Zardari.
The TV Channels are giving us wrong reports and pictures, the morale of the Army is very low and I am sorry to say they are losing the battle. The Army Action must stop immediately and the negotiations must start at once whether we like it or not. If Indians gets a slightest hint that our soldiers are deserting believe me, Indians are not going to waste a moment to launch atttack in the Swat region (Just like the way they did it in East Pakistan).
Don’t forget the Northern Afghanistan (known as Shimali Ittehad) would even allow Indian Air Force jets to land. Our Air Force and Army can’t even shot down Drone planes, how the f@ck they are going to shot down Indian Jets. From there Swat valley is only 20 mins flying time and our stupid Zardari will say ‘this is a technical error’ and Altaf Hussain will push ‘something’ into him from behind.
America without any sort of proof attacked Afghanistan in pursuit of Al Quaida then expanded it to Taliban. Its army bombs and kills hundreds of people in a single blow, and if Taliban do some thing in defense/retaliation then they are extremest, but what will you call American Army and their operations sided with our government and Pak army.
completely agree with your analysis, when I called this army ‘Napak army’, participent on this forum named me bla bla bla but never came with a logical answer to tell me any good about the army.
Achievements of Napak army:
1. dismemberment of united Pakistan into two ( the photo of signing of defeat by ‘Shair’ general Niazi will never go away from my mind.
2. Giving away ‘Siachin glacier’ to our’ new found love’ India as there not even GRASS grows, so what good is siachin.
3. I don’t need to tell in detail about debacle in Kargil, where we lost hundred of our men, for WHAT. and
4. their performance so far in waziristan/swat is evident, when whole bunch of them being taken away by Talibans even without firing a bullet.
Achievments on International arena.
1. Killing thousand of innocent palestineans under the command of gen Zia ( we must have paid for that as well, we can kill anybody as long as we get paid )
2. Murdered by war lord Farah adid in Somalia and
their business dealing/wheeling with rebels in gold rich Angola is no secret, where they sold guns for gold. This must have been done with ‘thapki’ from our top generals, who are only good in doing business, but it comes to fighting the enemy, they wet their paints.
Great video – long live Pakistan- Pakistanis are wonderful people and Pak army is among the best armies in the world. We can not blame the institution of army for faults of few generals.
