“Punjab ke liye 4 kharab 89 arab bla bla ka budget pesh kia gaya” (in urdu).

If Punjab’s budget alone is above Rs. 4 trillion (I’m taking 4 kharab as 4 trillion), why do we think we the people of Punjab or Pakistan are poor?
