I agree with you CJ Iftikhar CH should not have any meetings with Holbrook, I think by doing so he has raised some doubts. However, I don't agree with you saying democracy under zardari is 100% better...that is so cruel and un-Islamic to say, had you understood philosophy of Islamic society.

Don't be egocentric for nothing as Pakistani nation together has produced nothing but corrupt and Ayaash leaders or it is something that Pakistani mitti has that we have not produced leaders like Castro and Ahmadanijad. If democracy to you is just an exercise of an electing a party by a voting process whether they are crooks or not as long as you are not denied to exercise that right it doesn’t matter to you, how long they stay in power, only a desperate, helpless or politically and mentally crippled society can think that way, unless you believe to be one.

Now, your argument will be what Ahmedanijad and Castro has given to their people as compared to west and American or Indian. They have given their people the pride as who they are, and commitment to survive as what they believe in. Our leaders have failed to do that and we as society have failed to live up to that commitment.

BTW the current political situation in Iran and weak economic conditions in Cuba is due to constant interference in internal affairs of these countries by America for past many decades, and it is the great leadership and proud people of these countries who are committed to their belief.

No we dont want another dictator at all - we have enough of these generals who are angels when they come but once they get settled they destroy our country. Democracy under Zardari is 100 times better than a rule under army general. At least we can get rid of Zardari after five years in elections. But army general we cannot. So please we dont need Castro or Ahmednajad at all. We as Pakistani nation together should be confident in ourselves that we can take our destiny in our own hands rather than waiting for a messiah - remember that is not going to come so stop looking for him and do something ourselves. God helps those who help themselves

Chief Justice should not have met Holbrook because if Chief Justice is so particular so as not to meet President or Prime Minister or any goverment official why is he meeting Holbrook. This one act should be condemned as much as possible. Chief Justice should remember that Americans never wanted him to be restored and it was only AWAM and lawyers who came out for him and struggled for him. If his advisers are advising him to meet Holbrook or any American official not only he is degrading the office of Chief Justice of Pakistan but also the struggle of the lawyers and pakistani people who sacrificed for him. We would expect from him that he would avoid meeting any foreign political delegate in future who are in Pakistan for political reasons.

Dear Sir
We certainly donot need Castro or Ahmedinejad. What can be the possible explanation of Castro's almost Golden jubilee rule!!! One was a ruthless dictator, other is a very myopic, self serving, half mad person who may have been a successful mayor of Tehran (attention: Mustafa Kamal of Karachi fan club) but is an utter failure as president who is single handedly bringing in an anti-revolution and has almost destroyed what Khomeni achieved!!!
Would be interesting if you are happy to share Ahmedinejad's merits with us.
Kind regards

My lifetime experience tells me, that anybody, whether a politician, a general or a bureaucrat, who-so-ever has been afforded even a one a chance, has facilitated foreign meddling in our international affairs, for a price; & that price being MONEY, WEALTH, WINE, WOMEN & SONG, one way or the other.

One cannot blame any one individual; whether those before Ayub Khan, Z.A.Bhutto, Mush or at present Zardari. And more are yet to come.

We need leaders like Cuba's Castro or Iran's (late) Ayatullah Khomenie or the present, President Mahmud Ahmadinejad. No short-cuts to fame, no appeasers, peacemakers or pacifiers, or no blood-suckers are required. That's it.

interesting article in The News closely linked to the above Poll

http://www.thenews.com.pk/top_story_detail.asp?Id=22959

- “Politicisation of bureaucracy was never like this before,”

- Politicisation of the civil bureaucracy is at all-time high now, as the external influence in the bureaucratic affairs has reached an extent where the institution of civil services is about to crumble.

- But the government decided to hand over a key foreign mission like Paris to a non-professional official while currently 53 FSP Officers in BPS-20 and above are awaiting ambassadorial assignments.

- Moreover, the man picked up for Paris is so junior that none of his batch-mates in the foreign service has so far been given any ambassadorial position. In another case of favouritism, the prime minister opted to appoint a BPS-20 police officer Kaleem Imam as inspector general of police Islamabad, a BPS-22 post. he has become the youngest ever IG Police in the history of Pakistan.

- “Our bad luck is that the rulers do not realise how seriously such politicised appointments affect the performance of the government and its service delivery for general masses,” a senior bureaucrat lamented.

there is no doubt in it that Pakistan always have high Military contingents and men posted as Militar attache in various countries around the world, who have nothing to do there other than involve in booze and womanizing.
In the history of Pakistan you will not find a single Brigadier with beard posted as Military attache to europe and USA.

They simple sit in offices and scratch their general areas. Even Chinese bribe them provide them cheap alchohol and woman and these bumps are happy that they are doing favor to this county Pakistan by wearing this uniform.

These duffer once in foreing land on course or postin or appointment land directly in nude club or strip club or with provided prostitute and then they dont come out of the general area of that woman. This woman if not plant earlier is then used by agenicies like CIA and then these Brigadiers are then blackmailed and work for CIA when they return home to work in GHQ and for sure on Promotion. Thats why you will see number of good General sitting in America example are many from Mansoor ul haque to jahangir karamat , you name it and you will find it.

Similary recently Zardari was in NY f...g white caucasian girls and some Jew girls it is not rumor you ask people in NY ant they will confirm it so were his minion like Kaira and Nazar gondal.

there are many Fags in our army and among politicians, in this shower every one is nake. And as far as judiciar is conerned that judge Bilal example is right in front of us. sooooo

have fun with this poll
